Ideal for couples or families who want to be together but to enjoy privacy and independence too. Each self-contained studio unit can sleep 2 people and is available for rental individually.
• Perfect location, 50 metres from the beaches and glamour of La Croisette and a 2 minute stroll to the chic shopping area, the Rue d’Antibes. The Palais des Festivals convention centre is a 6 minute walk along the seafront. Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants are very close, yet the immediate area is safe, quiet and residential.

Cannes / Central Cannes area
Cannes is an attractive, vibrant town renowned for its Film Festival,the beautiful Croisette, luxury and glamour .
It has developed from a small fishing village into an international congress and tourist venue and has become a centre for culture, shopping, sport and leisure. There are numerous eateries ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants to local cafes, luxury hotels, designer shops and lovely sandy beaches. People watching is a local recreation .
Away from the Croisette, it is also surprisingly affordable, and visitors quickly warm to another side of Cannes, its friendly shabby chic.
Promenades, harbours, beaches, swimming, sunbathing, waterskiing, jetskiing, windsurfing, sailing, designer shopping, local markets, restaurants and cafes, bars, clubs, casinos, boules, museums, even a castle. All of the fantastic attractions that Cannes has to offer are within easy walking distance of the apartment.
The elegance of the world famous Croisette, the clear blue sea, golden sandy beaches and exclusive shops are just steps from the door.
The Palais des Festivals conference centre is a 6 minutes walk along the Croisette.
Many golf courses are a short drive away at Mandelieu and Mougins. Snow skiing at Isola 2000 and Auron is within a 90 minute drive of Cannes.
Public transport is cheap and efficient . Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez, Grasse ,Mougins,Frejus, the Italian border towns etc. are all easily accessible. Day trips can be arranged using local buses ,trains or ferries from the old port. The nearby Isles de Lerins are a short 15 minute boat ride away and should not be missed.
How to get there
Nice is the nearest airport. Flights are available from all over the UK and Ireland with many airlines - BA, Easyjet, Jet2, BMIBaby, Ryanair, Aer Lingus,Flybe
From Nice Airport travel to Cannes bus station is very easy: A regular express bus service (Ligne 210) serves both airport terminals from 8am to 8pm. A slower bus which takes the coastal route (Ligne 200) runs from Terminal 1 between 8am and 10pm . The last two buses of the day also stop at Terminal 2. From the bus station in Cannes it is a pleasant 12 minute walk along the Croisette to the apartment.
Trains from Nice St Augustin (10 minutes walk from Terminal 1 at Nice airport) run to Cannes railway station from which it is a 6 minute walk to the apartment.

Further details indoors: The 60m2 apartment has marbled floors Each of the two main rooms has its own fully equpped kitchen, full bathroom (with bath and overhead shower) and a hallway with storage cupboards. There is an interconnecting door linking the two hallways.
The south facing room has sliding doors opening onto a 7m2 terrace with garden views, and the north facing room sliding doors with city views. Layout and furnishings are similar with either cosy armchairs or a settee.
Bedding configurations are flexible. Each room has two comfortable 90cm (3 feet) beds which can be combined to form a king size. Alternatively, the beds can slide under each other to provide additional seating and space if required.
There is a hairdryer and a washing machine in both bathrooms. Both kitchens are fully equipped and include a hob, a microwave and grill. The south facing room also has a fan oven .
Both rooms have air conditioning and Wifi internet access, plus a TV and CD player with radio. The south room has an additional DVD player.
Beach towels are not provided
Further details outdoors: The sunny, south facing terrace is furnished with a table and dining chairs and has an electric sun canopy. It is a lovely spot for alfresco dining, or just a glass of wine.
Everything in central Cannes is within walking distance of the apartment . A car isn't needed, but there is parking available at street level or in several nearby underground garages (payable locally)
