The apartment is newly renovated in modern/classical, exclusive style/designs. Extremely light and airy with a large balcony - the generous balcony surrounds the whole apartment and offers an outstanding view, with sun all day, three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, open lounge with a living room section, dining table and American-style kitchen/bar. You will find here every possible convenience – excepting only room service...

Conditions

- Arrival and departure on Saturdays preferred.
- To reserve the apartment we ask for 30% of the rental sum. The balance payment is due 60 days before arrival.
- You will be met personally at the apartment .
- Refundable breakages deposit of 2000 Euro (about £2660) required on arrival, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Here you will find many well-known restaurants and hotels, luxury shops and beautiful beaches. Additionally, with all the visitors and locals promenading on La Croisette, never a dull moment.

The events this year include the famous “Cannes Film Festival” in May, “Marché du film” also in May, “International advertising film festival - Cannes Lions” in June, UNESCO’s “Water symposium” in June-July, the “Pyrotechnic Festival” in July and August, “Yachting festival” in September and the “International dance festival” in November. As I said, never a dull moment.
