This apartment has the advantage of being compact yet extremely spacious. It has a separate large kitchen (fitted with every modern convenience) with a breakfast counter and two stools which opens out onto the balcony. Each room in the apartment has a door to the huge balcony (19msq) which is ideal if someone wants to take an afternoon nap in the bedroom or living room without being disturbed!

If you feel like some walking or jogging, please make sure you visit the neighbouring national park. This is accessible through a gate on the Cannes Grand Parc development.

My husband and I stayed with our teenage son at Romarin in July for 12 days. We had a lovely holiday; the apartment was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a huge balcony and 2 swimming pools on site, which we used frequently for a quick dip, as the weather was very hot. The location of the apartment was brilliant for exploring the local towns and villages which we highly recommend - and you definitely need a car. The owner is extremely helpful, and she offered lots of useful tips, both by email and phone, before we arrived, as well as providing us with additional information within the apartment, recommending places to go and see. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

While most of them can be accessed by bus, a car is preferable as you can arrive and depart whenever you wish. "Much better than expected"
Overwhelming service from owner and the company taking care of the apartment. It's a charming apartment with a fully equipped and modern kitchen and a huge balcony. It's located outside of Cannes Center but within a few minutes you're there. Every morning we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and with every dinner we could see the beautiful sun disappearing. Our 2 years old boy also enjoyed it a lot.
I'm really delighted that you and your family had such a nice time and thank you for your kind words about the service you received. Thank you for taking such good care of the apartment too. I'm glad you liked it so much and I look forward to welcoming you back some other time.

We stayed one week in this great apartment. We found the Grand Parc a perfect place to stay as we both had the bustling city and the relaxing atmosphere at the complex. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had a big balcony. The owner and her contacts in Cannes were all very nice and helpful.
We had a rental car to take us around and down to the beach nearby. The lokal bus took us down to the city at night.
Don´t miss the lovely villages around Cannes or the nice restaurants at Rue du Suquet!

"A great escape"
I had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. It is so ideally located close to the heart of Cannes and the Riviera's best 'must see's and yet it has the tranquility of being removed from the bustling Summer on the Riviera. It was a terrific base to holiday in the Riviera with all necessary easy living means to make this a most relaxing holiday. I got to see so many great places such as Monaco, Mougins, Nice, St. Paul de Vance - all of which are just a short car journey away. I would definitely recommend car hire if staying here and the carport is ideal - car is cool as it is underground. The property is very well maintained and the grounds are just fabulous. I cannot wait to go back and the owner is also very helpful. Definitely one to recommend!

While having a car is definitely really worthwhile, public transport is also very convenient and inexpensive. There's a bus stop directly outside the residence and for 1 euro only you can be in centre of Cannes and at the train station in less than 10 minutes!

"I highly recommend this apartment and Cannes for any kind of holiday"
In June 2009 I stayed for a week In Romarin, Cannes Grand Parc with my two sisters. The whole holiday was fantastic, we loved the shopping, resturants, beaches and night life in Cannes. Romarin was the perfect place to call home for the week. It was one of the few places that is exactly what it says it is! It is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. We spent many relaxing moments by the pool. I recently returned to Romarin with my two friends and this time I had a different holiday. We hired a car and had a great time exploring the rich countryside and quaint villages of the south of France. We had lovely afternoons sightseeing in Monaco and shopping in Nice. Again Romarin was the perfect place to stay in. It is comfortable, relaxing and cosy....home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment and Cannes for any kind of holiday!

"Lovely, clean, well located apartment in Cannes"
The apartment was easy to find driving from Cannes airport. The apartment itself was spotless, nice and modern, contained everything we needed, plus a spacious balcony with chairs and table. The complex was also lovely and quiet which was nice, didnt get a chance to use the swimming pool as March. But complex well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Bus stop right outside gate which goes straight into town. Location was also great for access to the mountains and heading off down the motorway to other villages and towns. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Owner Niamh extremley friendly and helpful throughout booking and also during our stay.

"A beautiful haven and base for a wonderful holiday"
I spent a week in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. The apartment and the whole complex were immaculate and it was fantastic to have the swimming pools so close to hand. I divided my time between relaxing and taking it easy in the complex as well as using it as a base to explore Cannes and the surrounding areas, and found that it worked really well for both. The apartment is gorgeous; peaceful and spacious with all mod cons and very pleasant to spend time in. I spent several glorious afternoons and evenings on the sunny balcony soaking up the sun! The owner was very helpful in giving directions and help and advice on where to find various facilities and areas of interest locally. I'd recommend this location as a wonderful place to stay.

"As advertised only better"
Myself and my wife took a week long break here having viewed the property on-line. We were both very pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort, space and cleanliness of the apt. Location wise it was just a few mins into Canne and the beaches. A great base to explore the region with all the amenities in the complex that one could hope for. The balcony prove especially nice for breakfast and afternoon relaxation. The apt has loads of space to sleep 4 comfortably and the finish and decor are top class add to this the fully equiped kitchen with all mod cons. The owner Niamh made everything straight forward and gave invaluable advice on things to do and places to see. Definetly making the return trip soon.
