PLEASE NOTE: Please contact us directly for stays under 7 nights. We would be happy to provide you with availability and rates. Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more. When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management.
BUILDING: In a classic Nicoise building, the common areas are clean and secure, with both an outside gate code and a building key for the main building entryway. There is an elevator or stairway, which takes you directly up to the 1st floor, where you'll find apartment L'Artiste.
LIVING AREA: Simple, with clean modern lines and a hint of old world charm, the living area is an open plan with the kitchen and dining area to either sides of the main relaxing space. A couch for two sits in front of the flat screen TV, along with a large coffee table. The Entertainment system includes a 3D flat screen TV with eye glasses for 4, cable with English News channels, a DVD Blue Ray player, WiFi, and a phone for free international calls. There is an air conditioning unit with remote control.
The sofa can be transformed into a double bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
KITCHEN: Well equipped - a full-sized fridge with a smaller-sized freezer, a ceramic stovetop hob, oven, and a microwave. There is no dishwasher. The dining area is off on its own with a breakfast buffet area and a dining table, which seats 4. There is a separate laundry and utility room, which includes a washer and a no-tumble dryer. There is both hanging space outside and a clotheshorse to dry laundry.
BEDROOM: Romantic, airy and delightfully colourful, the bedroom is a retreat for sore eyes and feet! A luxurious headboard in Louis XV style, with the loveliest French grey velvet that decorates the British king-sized bed of 160cm.There is a closet with hanging and drawer space for two, 2 bedside tables, reading lamps, and an antique make-up table with mirror. There are no shutters, but owners have placed double sets of curtains in order to enjoy late mornings in on your holiday. There is an air conditioning unit.
BATHROOM & WC: Discover a shower room with plenty of storage space for personal belongings, a towel warmer, and a lovely walk-in shower with rain head and handheld shower. The toilet is found in a separate WC room for privacy.
-- Beach towels are available in property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.
