Year round perfect traffic circulation to get to the croisette or the beach without congestion even in high season, by ferry boat from Cannes in 45 minutes to St Tropez.

Cannes is situated on the famous French Riviera. It has 300 days a year of warm sunny weather making it a desirable destination for breaks at any time, also at the Palais des Festival numerous exhibitios take place, such as the Film vestival, the Tax Free Exhibition and the MIPIM, the Palais des Festival can be reached within 10 minutes by car. From this central location the whole of this breathtaking coastline is easily accessible from St Raphael to Monaco and beyond to the Italian Riviera, each week there is a interesting market in Ventimilia at about 90 minutes drive.

Cannes / Croix des Gardes area

Easy accessible by car are the slopes of the Alpes Maritimes, Isola 2000 or Valberg are with 1 1/2 hour distance, fine skiing resorts, in wintertime. Check out Google Earth, directly adjoining the nature resort "le croix des gardes"

How to get there

Cannes airport at 2km -light aircraft only. Nice International Airport 30 minute car journey on the motorway. Cheap flights available year round with Easyjet. Direct cheap flights from Scotland April to October with Globespan. Car hire from the airport or in Cannes. Frequent fast buses to Cannes. Regular train service along the coast. Bus or 5 minute taxi ride from the Croisette to the villa, recommended to arrange a car rental from the airport.
