The accommodation is a one bedroom apartment with separate kitchen. There is parking just outside the entrance gate. Because of its location this apartment is ideal for those who might prefer not to use the car as the beach, shops and local transport is all within a five minute walk.

It is of course also a superb holiday base with so much to see and do in the surround area, with the hilltop villages, mountain scenery, and much more. The mild climate for most of the winter and long sunny days throughout the spring can make it a perfect place for out of season holidays too. Cannes / Mandelieu La Napoule areaMandelieu La Napoule is just a short distance from Cannes itself. It is a small seafront resort with an attractive harbour, a beautiful Chateau, sandy beaches and cliff top and country walks. During the early part of the year there is the Mimosas Festival which parades through Mandelieu and down to the beach area - quite stunning to see. Throughout the summer there are various festivals and events all along the coast. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinty and of course being so close to Cannes - it is well worth taking the odd trip in for a meal in the old town of Le Suquet or in one of the glitzy hotels or restaurants along La Croisette. The Old Course for golfers is within walking distance of the apartment and there are local tennis courts and water sports activities in the village. How to get there  
By Road - A great many of our clients chose to drive down through France having crossed the Channel either by one of the ferry companies or by the Channel Tunnel. For some - it may be the first time travelling by this route and therefore our suggestions are largely directed at those who need that little bit of extra help. The Ferries take around 1hr 30 mins crossing time, Tunnel takes 35 minutes, actually crossing time. Please be aware that during busy periods that the queuing time could be a considerable wait before boarding - you should allow for this in your time planning.
