This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with terrace is on the ground floor, in a residence situated at 77-79, Avenue Lattre de Tassigny.

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region
The city of Cannes is centred around the old port, with the central part quite compact. The famous "Croisette" is the boulevard and the beach that extends around the bay to the east of the port, in the protected "Rade de Cannes". Out around the point at the west side of the port, the Boulevard Jean Hibert runs along the coast to the west, with even more fine sandy beaches.
The Rue d'Antibes is the main street running east-west through the centre of the city, becoming the Rue Félix Faure at the bottom end, past the Allée de la Liberté and the port. The Boulevard Carnot runs north out of the city, through residential-shopping areas, to the A8 autoroute, and inland towards Grasse.
Cannes is the "star" and main attraction of the French Riviera, famous for the International Film Festival and the glitzy hotels, cars, beaches and visitors attracted here.
At the same time Cannes can also provide a relaxing beach side holiday without the need to drive and yet provide all the glamour, shops and restaurants if required.

"Amazing apartment felt likea home from home"
This is a lovely apartment, I have stayed in it more than once now and I will definitely be going back.
It feels like a home from home and is very cosy inside and relaxing with excellent facilities including a swimming pool, large communal gardens and a private garden which gets the sun all day! The living room and master bedroom doors open out directly onto the private garden too which is lovely.
There are nice sunbeds in the garden and big table and chairs to eat at too, as well as a mini sofa and chairs if you want to just relax under the canopy and read a book in the shade.
The apartment also has SKY TV so its lovely to just watch some British or American channels / programmes while you are away too. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you into town and the apartment block is gated with a porter so feels very secure and there is an allocated parking space too.
Cannes town centre is lovely and so are the beaches, this destination really does tick every box for a holiday, good food, good weather, short plane journey, good beaches and friendly people.
I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
