This large 2 bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard, with 4 new single beds, 2 double sofa-beds, dining table, private garden and terrace with sun-loungers etc.

There is a fully fitted kitchen and a newly fitted bathroom, with vanity unit. There is a television set, SKY Television UK channels, a DVD player and a small selection of English and other language DVDs.

The city of Cannes is centred around the old port, with the central part quite compact. The famous "Croisette" is the boulevard and the beach that extends around the bay to the east of the port, in the protected "Rade de Cannes". Out around the point at the west side of the port, the Boulevard Jean Hibert runs along the coast to the west, with even more fine sandy beaches.

The Rue d'Antibes is the main street running east-west through the centre of the city, becoming the Rue Félix Faure at the bottom end, past the Allée de la Liberté and the port. The Boulevard Carnot runs north out of the city, through residential-shopping areas, to the A8 autoroute, and inland towards Grasse.

Fly to Nice then take the airport bus to Cannes main bus terminus, From there either take the local bus to the stop outside our apartment building or take a taxi to 77 Ave Lattre de Tassigny in Cannes.

Or rent a hire car and drive from the airport.

Also the TGV train goes direct to Cannes.
