The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The city of Cannes is centred around the old port, with the central part quite compact. The famous "Croisette" is the boulevard and the beach that extends around the bay to the east of the port, in the protected "Rade de Cannes". Out around the point at the west side of the port, the Boulevard Jean Hibert runs along the coast to the west, with even more fine sandy beaches. The Rue d'Antibes is the main street running east-west through the centre of the city, becoming the Rue Félix Faure at the bottom end, past the Allée de la Liberté and the port. The Boulevard Carnot runs north out of the city, through residential-shopping areas, to the A8 autoroute, and inland towards Grasse.

How to get there
Fly to Nice then take the airport bus to Cannes main bus terminus, From there either take the local bus to the stop outside our apartment building or take a taxi to 77 Ave Lattre de Tassigny in Cannes.
Or rent a hire car and drive from the airport.
Also the TGV train goes direct to Cannes.
Our apartment has a private parking apace.
Our local property managers will be there to meet you upon arrival and hand you over the keys and show you how everything works, including the cable tv the phone line, the air conditioning etc.

The apartment is approximately 60 sqm (+ 20 sqm of terrace) and has south-west exposure. There is a swimming-pool in the residence, as well as a concierge, an intercom system, and an elevator. A parking space is also available at the rear of the residence.
This accommodation is available for weekly rentals throughout the year.

At 5 PM walk down the hill to the train station and take the 5:30 PM train to downtown to San Remo Italy, about 45 minutes on the train. There you will find wonderful shopping, great prices, till 8 PM. Have a great Italian dinner by the sea in the old fishing harbor and catch the 11 PM train back to Cannes. Midnight in Cannes - walk home fall into bed!!!

I want to take this quick opportunity to thank you for all of the date changes and etc.
Your condo is superb and we had the best time of any vacation.
On the first Sunday May my wife and I went to the early market. We arrived just as they were dismantling the booths. Beth tripped over a gate someone had left on the ground and she fractured her right arm. Was taken to nearby Hospital at the top of your street. They believed she had a fracture that required surgery. My wife is a nurse and she talked them into just casting her arm and off we went. We went to Massachusetts general Hospital on May 8th and my wife's fracture only needed a sling.
The reason I am writing is that despite LIFE we had the best time and hope that your person in Cannes found the condo almost as clean as we arrived.
We are considering asking to take the last week of April and first of May for next year. You have a spectacular home there.
Met some people from Orange County California told them about your property they gave me their e mail which I will send to you
I have a heavy Court schedule starting today.
We have a very lovely home with a Mercedes Benz that would be available . Have you or would you consider a house swap. Just an idea....

Dear Joel -
We returned home just yesterday as we were in Florence for 6 days after leaving Cannes.
We did enjoy our stay in your flat - especially for the terrace and pool.
We tended to spend our days out - exploring here and there -as we have friends with a lovely villa in La Colle sur Loup where we enjoyed two lunches (and swims) and meeting business associates for lunch at La Colombe D'Or on another day and so when we are out much of the day.
It was a pleasure to return to Le Graziella late afternoon for a swim and dinner on the terrace.
Both Sylvie (from the management company) and Mr. Charpentier (the caretaker) were very kind and tried to be helpful.....before I forget, thanks so much for your kind gift of the perfume Ma Griffe - I had enjoyed this scent years ago and forgot about it - so now my interest is restored............. Again Joel, all in all, we liked the area very much and the apartment was very comfortable.
Just to let you know we had a wonderful holiday in Cannes, your apartment was a fantastic place to stay situated in the heart of Cannes. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and garden whilst we enjoyed reading on the sunny terrace overlooking the garden and pool, all very idyllic.
It was convenient to be able to walk to local shops and restaurants as well as go for a swim in the Mediterranean. It was a very relaxing holiday and we look forward to visiting Cannes again
