"A pleasant and relaxing stay in Cannes"

The house is next to a nice park which offers great walks and a wonderful view. The house has a smart layout which easily accomodates 8 people and is well equipped with all necessities. The living/eating and garden area are particularly comfortable. For shopping we recommend the nearby located Leclerc Hypermarket in Le Cannet (10 minutes with car).

"Fabulous"

Just back from a great holiday at this lovely spacious villa, there were six of us (two families) and more than enough room for all of us. The villa is thoughtfully decorated and well laid out, and has a great outdoor terrace and garden - we were lucky enough to enjoy warm sunny weather relaxing and dining outside there. We felt it was a great location as lovely walks from the doorstep, and a nice walk down into Cannes centre and the seafront. The two teenagers in our party were kept well amused with the table tennis in the villa, and the pool on site. We found a French 'Go Ape' style park (par cours) a short drive away which the boys and dads enjoyed, and had a lovely day in Monte-Carlo which was easy to reach by train. All in all it's a lovely villa in a great location, where your holiday can be as relaxed or action packed as you like. We really hope to return in the near future and would highly recommend.
