But make sure you don't forget to go inland with the rustic chic of St Paul, Grasse, Gourdon, Vence, Mougins all close by. Or by train you can be in Monaco in an hour, a truly unique place.

With over 10 festivals/congress per year, the town is always buzzing... during the summer the town puts on weekly huge firework displays over the bay. Palm Beach, has its own little community at the end of the Croisette with shops and restaurants, with beaches on 3 sides of the headland.

Nice Airport is 30 minutes away with a huge selection of budget flights includgin Easyjet. Car hire recommendations are available, but Cannes can easily be explored and enjoyed on foot.
