Located in a quiet street in Palm Beach, you have access to a great community of restaurants and shops. The 2nd floor apartment has a beautiful terrace with garden view equipped with lounge and dining furniture. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a high quality sofa bed. There is air-con throughtout.
If necessary there is a priavte underground garage. From the apartment building's garden there is a private walkway to the beach, 60m away.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds, air-con and opens onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and air-con. All beds are UK high quality. The living room has a high quality sofa bed, opens onto the terrace, air-con, SKY tv, dvd, cd & WIFI. (travel cot)
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine.
You have the buzzing community of Palm Beach on your door-step and the Croisette is a 5 minute walk away.

The terrace is beautifully furnished with lounge and dining furniture, looking down onto gardens. Electric awnings and shutters ensure peace and privacy at the touch of a button.
A lift takes your car down to a private underground garage... and the garden takes you through a private walkway to the beach.

Cannes is a true all-year round resort mixing beautiful beach resort with riviera glamour. Located between Nice and St Tropez it is the perfect place to explore the Cote d'Azur. But make sure you don't forget to go inland with the rustic chic of St Paul, Grasse, Gourdon, Vence, Mougins all close by. Or by train you can be in Monaco in an hour, a truly unique place.

With over 10 festivals/congress per year, the town is always buzzing... during the summer the town puts on weekly huge firework displays over the bay. A boat ride takes you to the Lerin islands at the mouth of Cannes bay which are unspoilt and full of history. For shops and restaurants, Cannes is in a league of its own.
Palm Beach, has its own little community at the end of the Croisette with shops and restaurants, with beaches on 3 sides of the headland.

Nice Airport is 30 minutes away with a huge selection of budget flights includgin Easyjet. Car hire recommendations are available, but Cannes can easily be explored and enjoyed on foot.
