Top bars & restaurants all around make it ideal for business clients, singles and couples. Also good for families due to great location near beach, children's funfair park and carousels. 2min walk to bus stop at Gray d'Albion for Nice airport; 4min walk to rail station which will take you along the coast to St Maxime, St Raphael in one direction and Nice (airport and town), Beaulieu, Menton & Monaco in the other. Cannes / Central Cannes area

The places of interest in Cannes are:

LE SUQUET
One gets to the top of the city by climbing the Mont Chevalier up to Suquet. The panorama at the top is breath-taking with the whole city below surrounded by the blue sea and the Lérins Islands. Following narrow streets down to the market of ForviIle and through the plane tree lined streets of Liberté, one arrives back at sea level.

THE OLD PORT
All along the Quai St Pierre in the old port one can find fishing boats and pleasure boats side by side. The fishermen work on their nets next to their colourful barks. On the pier Albert Edouard the most beautiful yachts in the world come to moor. Looking out to sea one can see the islands of Ste Marguerite and Ste Honourat which are accessible by boat in 20 minutes.

RUE MEYNADIER
Full of life from morning to night this street has shops of every sort.

PALAIS DES FESTIVALS
This fabulous structure, capable of housing all kinds of assemblies, has propelled Cannes into becoming the second most popular convention town in France. The International Film Festival is held here, as well as, the MIDEM (congress of record producers), concerts of classical music, dance and theater. There are even four casinos.

LA CROISETTE
This is one of the most famous promenades in the world. For three kilometers following the curve of the bay one can see flowering gardens, lawns planted with palm trees, umbrella pines and other trees all the way to Port Canto, Palm Beach and a sea water health spa. Strollers can find their way back to the centre by taking the renowned rue d'Antibes.

Nice is accessible from most UK airports.
Express bus from Nice Airport every 30mins in summer and every hour in off season. Cost approx 14.50 Euros p.p. Duration approx 40 mins.
Local bus RN 200 also runs from Nice Airport at a cost of 1.30 euro pp but can take over an hour.
Taxi 40 mins cost approx 75 euro
A train service also operates from Nice airport to Cannes, journey time around 30 mins.

Notes to the rental rates

The above rates include provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure. For larger groups of 5 or 6 people, an additional charge of £25 per person per week applies.

These rates apply except during festival or congress weeks. Please contact us for those prices.

To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of €450 or £300. This is fully refundable after departure if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition. Payment can be made by either bank transfer or cheque and can be in Pounds Sterling or Euros.

Daily maid service prices on request. Airport transfers and welcome packs on request.
