Also good for families due to great location near beach, children's funfair park and carousels. 2min walk to bus stop at Gray d'Albion for Nice airport; 4min walk to rail station which will take you along the coast to St Maxime, St Raphael in one direction and Nice (airport and town), Beaulieu, Menton & Monaco in the other. Hilltop villages such as Mougins & St Paul de Vence also easily accessible. Scenic boat trips to nearby Iles de Lerins & also to St Tropez.

We stayed at this gem of an apartment for a week end May/June.
The whole booking process was very efficient and they followed up straight away with written confirmation and receipts.
The agent’s office for picking up the keys was really convenient – just around the corner and it was nice to know they were there in case we needed them.
The apartment was everything we wanted as we had both children and an elderly relative, and it was even nearer to the beach than we had hoped. Literally just behind the Croisette.
The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable – great beds! and we loved the balcony for early evening drinks. The location meant being able to take our pick of great restaurants all within a stones throw.
We had late flights back home and the owner was very flexible with our departure time.
We had a great holiday here and hope to return next year.
Would definitely recommend this apartment!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for one week and found it to be exactly like the discription given by the owners (which is a rare case). It was ideally located a stones throw away from the Croisette, the beach and all the restaurants and buzzing night-life without even having to spend money on taxi's! This location made our holiday most memorable and we have already booked the apartment for next summer!!

We had a fantastic week here as a small group of 4 friends. Found the place easily (the agent is good and speaks English). A clean, well equipped apartment in the best location in Cannes. Everything you need for a self contained stay is supplied and the place is well maintained. Spacious and light filled. The apartment is only a few steps from everything in Cannes - Rue D'Antibes is a minute's walk away; the beach and Croisette is a minute away, and there are a range of good restaurants and cafes literally around the corner. Importantly though, there is very little noise heard from the apartment so you can have a peaceful night. 15 minute walk to the old town and food area/markets etc and only 10 minutes from the bus and train station so easy to get to other towns/sights in the region. Fabulous and highly recommended.

This lovely apartment is located in the heart of glamourous Cannes only a stones throw from the beach being its best asset. From the apartment you can walk to an array of both designer and affordable shops as well as a vast choice of restaurants and bars - couldn't be in a better location! The apartment is part of a traditional French building giving it a romantic feel as well as being equipped with all the facilities you might need. We had a great time staying there and would definitely visit again!

Just returned from a week in Cannes and had a fantastic time. This apartment is exactly as described and could not be better placed. Literally 2 minutes to the beach and shops and a 5 minute stroll from the train station. Good air conditioning system and very comfortable for relaxing in.
No car required as everywhere in Cannes is within walking distance with good bus and train service nearby for travelling further afield. Would definitely stay here again if heading back to Cannes and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

This is the most perfectly located flat, 2 minutes walk to a beautiful public beach, 3 minutes walk to the famous Rue D'Antibes, fabulous, if you like shopping, and the food market and supermarked is 5 minutes walk. This has been our best holiday yet and all 3 of our children (age 6-14) have asked if we can come back again next year. The first thing we did when we arrived home was to book the flat again for next year. The flat is bright, clean and spacious and easily accommodated all 5 of us. Also, the air conditioning was the icing on the cake! The flat felt lovely and cool. I really cannot recommend this flat and location more highly and am already looking forward to returning next year.

My husband and I stayed here the last week of May, and found everything absolutely perfect. Cannes is a beautiful and interesting town that has everything, including easy access to lots of other places by bus or train.
We were surpised to find people so helpful, polite and funny, not at all sick of tourists, it seemed. The only exception was the ladies at the tourist office in the Film Palee - they must have had a bad day!
The apartment is a real gem. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and situated in the middle of everything. To sit on the balcony is like being in the theatre, all the time. The street is reasonably quiet, except on weekend nigths, but the isolated windows are very efficient.
We just loved the fresh food market. To go crazy in all the hams and cheeses and fruits and vegetables, stop by a bakery on our way back, and then go "home" and have a ball....... Jummy! We also found the Monoprix in the city centre very good for food shopping.
I would definitely recommend Cannes and this apartment to all my friends, and hope to go back with our daughter next year, for an intensive French course.

great location and tastefully decorated too ,shame about the cold weather and the state of the euro ! , but we had a great time anyway. the holiday turned
into a cultured one travelling to all the hilltop villages eg, st paul du vence , eze , gordon , as well as the resorts like st tropez, nice, antibes ,monaco etc.
once again thanks for your help , and if we come back to the south of france yours will the first number i'll ring.

I rented this property in March, with my sister who flew in from Alberta.The location was perfect,very close to the beach and railway station. Everything was on our doorstep.
The apartment really was perfect for us, beautifully maintained, and comfortable.The apartment had a great feeling of light and space, and had all the facilities one needs. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This property is without doubt one of the best spots to be in Cannes at any time of the year - 100m from all the action. Fully equipped, WiFi, DVD.
Super balcony. Super restaurants and clubs on hand. Full aircon & double glazed so its quiet if you want to work. Really great place and one of the best locations in town.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fun time in South of France. Owners very helpful & friendly & a lift to 1st floor for your shopping! Highly recommended.

To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security bond of €450 or £400. This is fully refundable after departure if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition. Payment can be made by either bank transfer, cheque or credit card (charges apply). and can be in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
