All mod cons including plasma tv, dvd system etc. The apartment is set in a 'belle epoque' building and at 135 sqm one always gets the feeling of space. All rooms including bedrooms are generously proportioned with parquet flooring in main rooms. Fitted kitchen with hob.

The bedrooms each contain two large single beds which can be clipped together to form a double bed.

All the restaurants and nightlife of cannes are only a stroll away. As Rue d'Antibes is the premier shopping area all the best shopping is right on your doorstep

Two minutes walk to the train station and from there one can visit at ones leisure the famous hotspots of Nice , Monte Carlo, Juan les Pins, St Tropez, Antibes and many more beautiful towns for which this coast is famous. During the winter one can visit the ski resorts in the Alps which are only just over an hour away and then relax by the beach in Cannes in the evening or stroll along the famous Croisette

How to get there

Nearest airport Nice with all major airlines flying there. Express bus from Nice Airport every 30mins in Summer and every hour in off season. Cost app 14.50 eur p.p. Duration normally 40 min
Local bus RN 200 also runs from Nice Airport at a cost of 1.30 euro pp but can take over an hour.
Taxi 40 min cos c 75 euro

The beach is literally 2 - 3 minutes walk as is the famous Palais des Festivals.
All the shops are on your doorstep. you will be spoiled for your choice of restaurants
By Cannes standards this is a very large apartment, bright and spacious. You will have to search hard to find a better one.
