This quiet and private 350 m2 detached Mougins home was renovated in 2008 and is some four minutes walk from the world famous Old Village of Mougins. With five bedrooms and a large entrance hallway with a semi spiralled staircase to the upper landings, you will have sun from early morning until late into the evening. This is our private home and is furnished accordingly with luxurious imported beds and mattresses, beautiful contemporarily painted antique pieces, wood and stone floors and all new Boche and Miele modern appliances. Full SKY Plus HD Package &Wireless (WIFI) 8MB Internet is featured throughout the property. Air conditioning is fitted in the upstairs bedrooms. [Can accommodate two to three families to 14 persons]. The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d’Azur has some of the best climate and hours of sunshine in the world. Over 300 days of sunshine and average temperatures in the peak months of over 27/28 degrees centigrade in the shade
Remember the Cote d’Azur is only from Monaco to Theoule, just after La Napoule. It is important to remember that this area has its own little microclimate and has very little wind for most of the year (apart from the Mistral which blows in from the west) and so feels quite warm for most of the year. With the heated pool (31 degrees C) it is possible to swim from April to the end of October.
Cannes area
A few minutes drive from the Croisette , the long boulevard along the seafront, with its palace hotels on one side and private beaches on the other. It is possible to find your way down to the beach without paying.
Strolling on and off the main streets of Cannes - rue d'Antibes, rue Meynardier and the promenade de la Croisette - is like wading through a hundred current issues of Vogue . If you thought the people on the beach were wearing next to nothing, now you can see where they bought the sunglasses and swimming suits, the moisturizers and creams, the watch, the perfume, and the collar and leash for little Fou-Fou.
Monaco (30 minutes), the Markets of Ventimiglia and St Remo in Italy (45 minutes) and the vineyards of the Var (40 minutes) are all close by. Cannes can be reached in 11 minutes or so – together with its World renown restaurants and old ports. The private air port of Mandelieu is ten minutes away and allows light aircraft as well as private jets to land and take off. There is also a helicopter shuttle service from Cannes to Nice – for those not traveling by private jet!
How to get there
Fly to Nice with EasyJet, BA or any number of other airlines and then take the A8 motorway to Mougins. About 15 minutes. You could also consider Ryan Air to Toulon - it then takes about an hour along the A8 motorway.

Plein Soleil is 10 minutes by car from the international business park of Sophia Antipolis, and is of course only four minutes walk from the famous restaurants of Old Mougins. Several boulangeries are within walking distance, so too is your English paper shop.
Unlike any other part of the Cote d’Azur, Cannes has its own little islands just across the bay and so to anchor your yacht in its exquisite turquoise waters between these islands offers protection from the little wind that there may be, or indeed from any sea swell.
