Elegant studio at 9 rue du Commandant André in La Banane area of Cannes with the convenience of everything on the doorstep.Just a 30 second stroll to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals et des Congres.This is the vibrant and exciting core of the trendy venues of Cannes' night life. Close to rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street, with its huge selection of world renowned brands as well as exclusive boutiques.
Studio sleeps two with air conditioning and internet WiFi. It is well-equipped with modern lift, and has been refurbished in the original Provencal style reflected in the wrought iron furniture and tiled floors. It consists of kitchen area, bathroom (shower and bath) and bedroom with integral living/dining area.
This studio combines the ideal location with a very comfortable holiday base so you can revel in Cannes, explore the Cote D'Azur, bask in over 300 days of sunshine a year and sample the very best that the South of France has to offer.

PARKING: Parking is available via Cannes Car Parks Network and very nearby to the Cannes Festival Studios . A Car is not required to get about and enjoy Cannes but to explore the best of the surrounding coastline, hills and villages including the great restaurants in Mougins it is worth hiring a car perhaps for a couple of days out.
If you are driving down to Cannes it is best to pre-book off-road garaged parking and we can supply the links so you can do that prior to arrival.

- RAILWAY STATION - just 9 minutes from Cannes SNCF Railway station
- NICE AIRPORT - just 30 minutes from the Airport at nice
NICE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Frequent and cost-effective flights from the UK via Flybmi and Easyjet. Most major airlines fly into Nice, the major international airport for the Cote d'Azur ,Alpes-Maritimes and Cannes itself.
TRANSFERS: Nice Airport is only approximately 35km from Cannes. Transfers from the Airport can be arranged by Taxi or Car.
RAIL: Cannes Railway Station is just a few minutes from the studio..
