Cannes has so much to offer besides the fabulous beaches, restaurants and fashion galore! It's early fame as the winter salon of the worlds aristocracy is easy to understand, the beauty of its setting, its mild climate and magnificent festivals. Visit lively St-Tropez, Old Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Grasse to name just a few, there is something for everyone and every budget. The high speed TGV train is fantastic, be in the centre of Nice in 20 mins, Montecarlo 35min and Italy in 60mins the views on the train will take your breath away! Investigate picturesque villages some perched like an eagles nest on a hilltop like Eze, Tourrettes-s-loop, Gourdon the list is endless! Yachting, Diving and other water sports are very popular. Winter Ski-ing is only 90mins away at ISOLA 2000 and there are 20 Golf courses along the coast to enjoy.
Family Friendly : Marine land with its killer whales and sharks is a must for families. There are also a few Aqua-parks in the local area. Lake St. Cassien is only 20 minutes`away with great swimming, kayaks and pedalos. In the bay of Cannes are 2 islands which you can take a boat trip to - one is famous for being a prison holding the infamous “man in the iron mask”. Beaches, beaches and more beaches.

There are 2 large swimming pools at your disposal within the grounds where you can relax while enjoying the charming Provencal climate. There is also a large grassed area - Plan De Jeux for playing ball games etc. Security entry systems and private parking ensure that you have peace of mind and excellent access to your holiday apartment throughout the length of your stay.

Booking Conditions Deposit- 30% of the full cost of the holiday is required on booking. Full payment – is due not less than 61 days prior to departure. If you do not pay in full 61 days before departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the cancellation charges below will apply. If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of your departure date, then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage. Cancellation - In the event of your cancellation the following conditions will apply: Prior to 61 days before departure – deposit forfeited. 60-42 days before departure – 30% of total holiday cost. 41-28 days before departure – 60% of total holiday cost. 27-7 days before departure - 90% of total holiday cost

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday here last summer (2008) and have booked to return this year. With 2 boys aged 12 and 17 it's not always easy to find somewhere that suits us all but here we did. The location is excellent, and the apartment is perfect, it's large enough to enable all of us to escape if we wish to ( the 2 balconies are Fab!). The grounds are kept to the highest standard including the pool- although slight design fault around the pool your towels always get wet! It's very hilly so may not suit those with mobility problems but it is well worth getting out and about. As some of the apartments are residential there is a feeling of community which adds to the French feel. The facilities in the apartment are excellent- thank goodness for the air con, the 2 bathrooms are useful and the lounge comfortable. "Toffee Lady" - Liverpool, England
