The high speed TGV train is fantastic, be in the centre of Nice in 20 mins, Montecarlo 35min and Italy in 60mins the views on the train will take your breath away!

Booking Conditions
Deposit- 30% of the full cost of the holiday is required on booking.
Full payment – is due not less than 61 days prior to departure. If you do not pay in full 61 days before departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the cancellation charges below will apply. If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of your departure date, then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage.
Cancellation - In the event of your cancellation the following conditions will apply:
Prior to 61 days before departure – deposit forfeited.
60-42 days before departure – 30% of total holiday cost.
41-28 days before departure – 60% of total holiday cost.
27-7 days before departure - 90% of total holiday cost

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday here last summer (2008) and have booked to return this year. With 2 boys aged 12 and 17 it's not always easy to find somewhere that suits us all but here we did. The location is excellent, and the apartment is perfect, it's large enough to enable all of us to escape if we wish to ( the 2 balconies are Fab!). The grounds are kept to the highest standard including the pool- although slight design fault around the pool your towels always get wet! It's very hilly so may not suit those with mobility problems but it is well worth getting out and about. As some of the apartments are residential there is a feeling of community which adds to the French feel. The facilities in the apartment are excellent- thank goodness for the air con, the 2 bathrooms are useful and the lounge comfortable.
