The apartment is set within 13 hectares of beautifully appointed pavillion-style apartments and villas with managed gardens containing mimosas, cypress firs and olive trees.
There are 2 large swimming pools at your disposal within the grounds where you can relax while enjoying the charming Provencal climate. There is also a large grassed area - Plan De Jeux for playing ball games etc.

Full payment – is due not less than 61 days prior to departure. If you do not pay in full 61 days before departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the cancellation charges below will apply. If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of your departure date, then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage.
Cancellation - In the event of your cancellation the following conditions will apply:
Prior to 61 days before departure – deposit forfeited.
60-42 days before departure – 30% of total holiday cost.

Visit lively St-Tropez, Old Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Grasse to name just a few, there is something for everyone and every budget.
The high speed TGV train is fantastic, be in the centre of Nice in 20 mins, Montecarlo 35min and Italy in 60mins the views on the train will take your breath away!
Investigate picturesque villages some perched like an eagles nest on a hilltop like Eze, Tourrettes-s-loop, Gourdon the list is endless!
Yachting, Diving and other water sports are very popular.
Winter Ski-ing is only 90mins away at ISOLA 2000 and there are 20 Golf courses along the coast to enjoy.
Family Friendly :
Marine land with its killer whales and sharks is a must for families. There are also a few Aqua-parks in the local area.
Lake St. Cassien is only 20 minutes`away with great swimming, kayaks and pedalos.
In the bay of Cannes are 2 islands which you can take a boat trip to - one is famous for being a prison holding the infamous “man in the iron mask”.

NIce airport is approximately 40 minutes east from the apartment. Easy Jet and other budget airlines offer special rates from most UK airports.
Marseille airport is approximately 2 hours drive ( mostly motorway) Ryan Air offer great deals to this airport.

This was not the first time that I have stayed in this apartment. I returned because although it is just outside the centre of Cannes, it is easy to get to by bus or taxi if you don't want to hire a car. It is spacious and spotless and very secure in a lovely setting. The swimming pools offer the opportunity for a quiet day away from the town and beaches for a change. I have two sons, 17 and 20 and they love it and also love returning there as they can get about easily independently. The owners are lovely and the management company. Perfect and straightforward.

The apartment was large and bright. Single level. We found it easily with the aid of directions from the owner. It had two large terraces on opposite sides of the building so plenty of air flow to keep it cool as well as air con. The kitchen was well stocked although lacked a potato peeler and masher. TV channels not receiving but DVD worked so that kept the kids entertained ok, but bring your own kids DVD's as the large selection of DVD's provided were more for adults. There was also a pool attached to the complex (about 5mins walk from the apartment). No play equipment. Very conveniently located to the centre of Cannes, about 10mins drive. Also local bus service around the corner (15mins to town), but stops about 8pm if you want to stay out late. Taxi from train station cost about E15. Plenty of things to do in the area, but recommend having a car to access them easily. Overall though highly enjoyable stay and probably near the top of similar holiday apartments we have stayed around the Med.
