Beautiful three bedroom apartment , offering comfortable quality accommodation. Walking distance to the festival hall and the Croisette. Ideally placed for a stay if you are attending any of the many congresses or festivals or for your holidays as you are not far from the beaches and walking distance to the shopping in the rue d'antibes; you are placed around 150 metres from the famous Croisette; you can arrive by car and you have your own parking space or if you come by bus or train you are a five minutes walk away.

This apartment offers fully furnished accommodation with two bathrooms two separate wc and three large bedrooms. We can adapt to suit couples or families and any special requests can be met. Long term rental is also available.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Old Mougins, which is famous for it's gastronomic restaurants, is just a 15 min car or bus ride away. Situated high on a hilltop, with a panoramic view, Old Mougins captures the ambience and romance of true Southern French cuisine.

Juan les Pins is a famous little town with an exciting night life where night owls rub shoulders in summer as they move between fashionable nightclubs, casino and even night shopping.

A further 30 min journey will see you in the famous marketplace of Ventimiglia, Italy where you can enjoy fine pasta and Italian wine that will loosen up your purse strings and inspire you to acquire some of Italy's beautiful, leather goods at bargain prices!
