Several delightful beaches and yet minutes away from the centre and all the wonderful shops on Rue d'Antibes. With its private secluded garden and terrace you can dine outside for all your meals and within a 2 minute stroll buy freshly made croissants and all you need without having to have a car.
The Studio is about to be re-furnished to a very high standard and will accommodate a maximum of 4 with a new luxury double bed and also a double sofa bed. There is a new fitted Hygena kitchen in a separate area and a brand new walk in showeroom.
There is a television, UK satellite TV, DVD, and a fully appointed kitchen with all you will need for a great stay. We are minutes from the local shops, short walks to several wonderful beach side restaurants and the pretty, historic & restored Place de L'Etang at Palm Beach.
The studio is also quiet at night with no passing traffic or noisy motorbikes as you need a special code and key to enter the private roads that are gated top and bottom. You could not find a more perfect and central spot in Cannes.

Marlynes 2 is in a very quiet and private, gated road situated a few hundred yards from the Boulevard de la Croisette. A minutes walk will take you to both Palm Beach and Petit Plage as well as several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butchery and Post Office. Perfect location for holidaymakers, honeymooners or conference delegates at the Palais.
The Palais du Festival is a 10 minute walk away along the Croisette and the A8 bus runs in a loop from your gate along the Croisette and back every few minutes. * Exclusive & Private gated road with free secure parking
Ideal for delegates to conferences and for small families wanting to enjoy being able to walk to the beach! We also welcome pets by prior arrangement!! You do not need a car here and you can visit Cannes by foot, take boat trips to the islands and even across to St. Tropez. This is a great holiday apartment and also perfect for delegate visiting one of the many Cannes conferences at the Palais.
You can reach several beaches within a few minutes walk with great local beach side restaurants and then shower off under our garden hot shower under the palm tree! Then take a stroll into the centre and with in a few minutes you can be shopping in the famous Rue d'Antibes or sipping a cocktail in the Carlton or Martinez hotels a few minutes away.

Cannes is the "star" of the French Riviera, famous for the International Film Festival and the glitzy hotels, cars, beaches and visitors attracted here.
Walk from this fantastic newly refurbished studio to the beautiful sandy beaches at Palm Beach in a few minutes. Lunch or dine with the waves lapping at your feet or walk to the Rue d'Antibes for some of the best shopping in Europe. No need for a car as everything you need is a few minutes walk from this sunny studio with a large private garden and sun terrace.
The city of Cannes is centreed around the old port, with the central part quite compact. The famous "Croisette" is the boulevard and the beach that extends around the bay to the east of the port, in the protected "Rade de Cannes".
Out around the point at the west side of the port, the Boulevard Jean Hibert runs along the coast to the west, with even more fine sandy beaches. The Rue d'Antibes is the main street running east-west through the centre of the city, becoming the Rue Félix Faure at the bottom end, past the Allée de la Liberté and the port.
The Boulevard Carnot runs north out of the city, through residential-shopping areas, to the A8 autoroute, and inland towards Grasse.

"A week in Cannes"
This was our second visit to Marlynes. The best thing about it location. There is an open top bus outside which travels right round the Croisette for 1Eu. The apartment is part of a gated community so parking is secure.
The apartment is compact but has most things that we needed except internet which can be a bind. WiFi is free near the Hotel de Ville of course.
I loved the attached garden area where you have breakfast al fresco. Some shops are close by, including 2 Casinos, a baker, newsagent and butcher.

We had a super time here again last summer. Everything you could need is within short walking distance and there's a frequent bus service into the centre. There are a couple of beaches within a 5 minutes walk and the garden is great for just lazing on the deck chairs or eating 'al fresco'!

Everything about this place is great: Location, price, area of town. The property owner is friendly and easy to communicate with.
To have such a quiet and quaint place near the heart of Cannes, and to have it in such a quiet neighborhood makes this suite very special. 5 well deserved stars.

My husband and I both love this studio in the Cannes with it's lovely garden. It is wonderfully calm, but only walking distance to the fashionable shopping street and restaurants if that's your thing. The beach is only five minutes away on foot, as is the 'boulangerie', greengrocer's, pharmacy etc. There are plenty of parking places right next to the flat to leave your car.
A typical day starts with croissants on the terrace in the shade, followed by reading on the deck chairs in the garden, a swim in the sea, shopping for supper at the little market or the local 'Casino', dinner outside with the garden lights illuminating the palm tree and finally a bit of terrible TV thanks to all the English channels available!
We have come every summer for the last 5 or so years and look forward to spending many more relaxing holidays here!
