This two bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a luxurious private Residence in an absolute calm area of Cannes and yet close to all amenities. Walking down to the centre of Cannes takes 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop right in front of the gates of the Residence that takes you to the centre in 3 mins.
The apartment itself features an entrance hall with ranging space. A light living room with sitting area and modern dining table that seats 4. Access to the large terrace ( covers the whole southern part of the apartment and the west side). Two bedrooms, each with two single beds or one double bed . Each bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. Another separate toilet in the hall. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the west side of the terrace.
The apartment offers lovely views over the immaculately laid out gardens and pool area and a part of cannes.
Underground secured private parking space. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Marble flooring in the living room and halls.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The Cote d'Azur has so many places of interest. There are the hill villages like Gourdon with its spectecular views and where one can watch the sky riders above the medieval village and over the country side. Or St Paul de Vence, famous for its "jeu-de-boules", the restaurant "le Colombier" (if too expensive there are many more restauarants) and its art galleries. The old part of Nice with its daily market is also worth a visit. Or the luxurious port of Monaco and its famous Casino. The old part of Antibes with a weekly market on the thursdays throughout the whole centre. From there it is an easy walk to the harbour of the Milliardaires where the largest private ships of the world can be seen. From Cannes trainstation it is easy to go to Ventimiglia by train (in Italy) to visit the Italian market and enjoy a cup of cappucino.

Cannes area

Cannes is well known for the Cannes Croissette with its luxurious shops and lovely boulevard. The Rue d'Antibes has a large number of lovely boutiques and shops. Every morning there is a market near the old port and the old part of Cannes: Le Suquet where you can buy fresh produce as:flowers, fruit, vegetables, olives, spices and other local products. Around this daily market are several coffee shops and restaurants.
During the summer season the famous Cannes fireworks on music take place twice a week in the period of 14 july-24 august. This is a must to see this!
Just in front of Cannes there are islands that can be visited. Ferries leave daily on a regular bases from the old port of Cannes.
The apartment is also well situated if you attend one of the Cannes congresses: the Mipim, Miptv, Mipcom, Filmfestival, tax free fare, Lions festival and others. From the apartment it takes 10 minutes to walk down to the centre. You will enjoy a drink on your terrace away from the crowds and the hassle around the Palais de Festival.

There are regular flights to Nice airport.
