About the home

The apartment can accommodate six guests with three bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms. It occupies 90 square meters on the second floor of a modern building, served by two elevators. A generous outdoor terrace (sixty square meters), furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, completes your Cannes experience.

Inside, there are three bedrooms, all en-suite with Starck-designed fittings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the two remaining bedrooms have twin beds. Generous clothes storage is available in each bedroom. A small but fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area within the open-plan lounge, as well as onto the outdoor terrace. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with international stations on the 52" LCD screen TV, together with WEB fast ADSL Wifi.

As your base for business or vacation, everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores and car rental services. You will find yourself at the beach in just a five minute walk, yet activities like skiing or golf are within easy driving distance.

From Nice airport, shuttle buses to Cannes City Hall Bus terminal run every thirty minutes (Schedules PDF) and the journey takes forty minutes. From the bus terminal, it is a ten-minute walk to the apartment. Or if you prefer, rent a car from the airport or travel by taxi or helicopter.

Our concierge will personally welcome you to your apartment, which will be made up with clean bed linen and towels, according to your needs. The concierge will also arrange a final cleaning on your departure. A washing machine and tumble drier are available for your use within the apartment.

We will be happy to arrange any additional services for you, from boat rentals to golf games, tours or spa appointments.

An additional linen fee of 220 Euros is charged and should be paid directly to our concierge when you arrive at the apartment. A deposit of 1000 Euros will be collected on arrival to cover damages, which is refundable at the end of your stay.

To book, 30% of the total price is asked. Full payment one month before to come.

Guaranty deposit about 1000 euro is required (cheque or cash), given back before you leave.

In Cannes you will be personally welcome and introduced to your apartment by our service agency. They will provide fresh sheets and towels and will also arrange the final normal cleaning. In case there is a question or problem you can always call them. For the total service package you will be charged all together 220 Euros that have to be paid directly in Cannes to the agency.

Your privacy is important to us, but we can also provide you with even more attention. You require every-day cleaning, a boat rental or a bottle of champagne? Just call our representative in Cannes and he will assist you with his utter most hospitality.

Please note that due to the high standard and the expensive collector´s furniture, a deposit of 1000 Euros will be collected on arrival to cover damages, which is refundable at the end of your stay.
