A spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with beautiful gardens and stunning sea views in the exclusive Californie area of Cannes.
This five bedroom villa is the peaceful Californie area of Cannes. Up in the hills it boasts wonderful views of the bay below and the Iles de Lerins.
On the ground floor of the villa a large living and dining room can be found. There is also a separate dining room, a further sitting room, a study and kitchen as well as the master bedroom.
The large main living room has a dining table that can seat six as well as two areas with sofas and armchairs one of which is situated around the fireplace. Behind this room is a further private sitting room.
The separate dining room has a smart dark wooden table and eight seats upholstered in a deep green material.
The spacious master bedroom, which has a double bed, is accessed through it's own dressing room. It has a large ensuite where a shower, toilet, twin basins and jacuzzi can be found.
A further four double ensuite bedrooms can be found upstairs. All are equipped with a toilet and basins and two have baths while the other two have showers.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances guests will need to be able to cater for themselves. Included are a dishwasher, aga, microwave and coffee maker. A small table and four chairs can also be found here. Just across the hall in the utility room the washing machine and tumble dryer are located.
A separate W.C. can also be found on the ground floor.
The apartment is air conditioned and there is WiFi internet.
The grounds of the villa boast beautiful fruit trees and a grassy area with children's swings. There are two swimming pools and plenty of garden furniture so guests can relax outside.
At the bottom of the garden there is a separate house with four bedrooms. This can be used for events or to house extra guests or staff. It is fully equipped with it's own kitchen.

Cycling trails can be found throughout the region for those who love to cycle and enjoy riding the scenic route whilst on holiday. The ”Véloroute du Calavon" is one of the famous 18 km trail in the town of Saint Martin de Castillon, that is found to be adventurous and enjoyable.
For the sight-seers, there is the must see historic centre of Avignon, the Roman monuments of Arles, the Roman theatre of Orange and Mont Ventoux.
Museums are renowned in this region and some to see would be the Picasso Museum in Antibes, the Modern Art Museum in Nice, the Fondation Maeght in St. Paul (that is said to be one of the best modern art museums in the area), the Musée Archeologique in Nice and the Musée Océanographique in Monaco.

Some museums to see in Cannes would be the Musée de la Castre that is in a medieval castle and has archeological, prehistoric and ethnographic art collections. Musée de la mer has a vast collection of aquatic plants and animals and underwater archaeology.
Don't forget to visit the notorious film festival of Cannes and the famous Palais des Festivals, where movie stars meet to watch the screening and premiers of films and which is host to many major events thoughout the year!
Îles de Lérins is a phenomenal tourist attraction. It is two islands in the bay that can be reached by ferry. The smaller island has a ruined castle and monastery and the large island has various shops, restaurants, and a castle as well. There is snorkeling available in some parts of the islands.
