"Fantastic location and even better hosts!"

My partner and I arrived at Cannes and were met at the station by our hosts. What followed was a quick 10 minute walk down the main shopping district to our apartment a quick handover of keys and some quick and easy instructions with the TV and wifi and we were on our own.

The apartment is not more than 7 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes walk from the main shopping street. With restaurants aplenty in every direction as soon as you exit the building, you won't find yourself short of choices for food.

There is a small supermarket 50 metres away for household essentials and a larger supermarket with everything you need within 5 mins walk if you're there for a longer stay. The apartment is well equipped, we had wine on our arrival with cheese, olives and fresh bread. Just fantastic!!

All the mod cons are included, great bed, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, a cute balcony with great views of the street below, we couldn't have been more in touch with the French Cannes lifestyle.

Our hosts were wonderfully accommodating, answering all our questions leaving us to our own privacy and even taking us out for drinks on a spare evening we had. Very gracious and we thorough enjoyed their company so far from home.

Cannes and the surrounding area is fantastic, there is so much to do. Walk the front beach, the railway station is within 10 mins walk for the trip to Antibes or Monaco, and fresh morning markets every day just down the road which converts to parking in the afternoon.

I can't recommend the apartment enough, Julia was very quick to address our many questions.

In saying that, the magic question is would we visit and stay there again?? You bet we would, in an instant and we can't wait!

"Lovely modern-chic apartment in perfect location"

Situated in a perfect location in central cannes, this chic little appartment will not disappoint. On top of its modern, white, and fresh interior, you will be greeted and welcomed by a warm and lovely owner who will make you feel right at home. If it is still available after reading this comment, my only advice is BOOK IT NOW! happy holidays.

"Perfectly chique central clean and spacious apartment- delighted :-)"

We arrived to Cannes late amid a hoarde of traffic so it was a really pleasant surprise to walk into a beautifully renovated and tastefully redecorated apartment in the centre of town. Beautiful cornicing, wooden floors with the right mix of keeping the character of the apartment with modern conveniences that we have become accustomed to. Bathroom, Kitchen really well done and a hop skip to the promenade and local bars and restauraunts. right next door to a cool patisserie and we got to know some great bars/restauraunts with live music. Julia who leased us the apartment was more like a concierge than a rental agent....couldnt have asked for more.

"Quintessential French hospitality"

We stayed in is light clean and airy French apartment for a week. It was so convenient to Cannes foreshore, the food markets and the savvy main street. We were impressed with the layout, facilities and decor and made us feel comfortable in every way. The host made us feel like it was own own apartment in the south of France. We want to come back every year! Highly recommended.

"Chic a la Cannes but also very comfortable with a friendly welcome"

I was recommended this apartment and it didn't disappoint. The decor was lovely and the furnishings very comfortable. It's in the Banane which is one of the best of areas in Cannes, close to the promenade and the rue d`Antibes for the shopping.
