In a quiet and secure, residential zone just minutes walking from the centre of Cannes and the famous "Croisette" seafront. Beaches 4 minutes - central shopping a similar distance. Building is caretaker supervised and has CCTV entrance lobby. Our facilities include TV, DVD, landphone, free Internet access + WIFI, central heating in winter and fully automatic air conditioning in summer. This ground floor studio with a separated kitchen is very popular with single or couple customers for shopping breaks, conferences, or sun vacations. It is also an excellent base for regional turning during longer stays.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
From Cannes you can tour the beautiful Riviera - from France to Italy., by bus, rail, car or boat. Ferries from the port (seasonal) go to Nice, St.Tropez, and other local ports - and the popular "Lerins" islands - forset reserves with no roads, in the lovely bay of the town. The hill town of Grasse - home of the French perfume industury - is about 10km away, so you can visit the factories by bus or train from Cannes. Rail connections to Marseille, Nice, Monaco, and Vingimellia (Italy cross-border shopping) all pass thorough the central station. NO CAR NEEDED for this vacation!!!

Famous winter resort of the 19th/20th. century - later for it's international Film Festival and other conferences, CANNES is a magic town favored by a Mediterranean climate in the shelter of the Maritime Alps. The beaches (stretching the seafront of the town, and beyond), restaurants, and fortnightly offshore firework contests are big summer attractions, but it is also a popular place off-season just to relax and shop, or to tour the region. How to get there
Nearest international airport is Nice - Cote'dAzur - about 30 kms from Cannes. Direct Airport Motorway bus every 30 minutes - takes about 45 minutes to Cannes and costs around 16 Euros per person. We can often collect guests from the Cannes bus terminus (2km from flat).

This flat is a single bedroom - with very comfortable fully sprung double 160x200cm (Queen) bed, high quality finish shower room/toilet en-suite, and a separate kitchen. Combi oven/microwave, ceramic hob. Flat screen TV (with DVD) faces bed. Fridge with 3 star freezer section. Fold-down table in hall. On-street parking is free - we can quote keen prices for parking in the underground of the residence (if requested at time of reservation, subject to availability). Flat is on ground floor - no balcony. Total area 15 M2.
Further details outdoors: There is no balcony, the window looks onto street separated by a small planted garden. Roll-down security shutter. Residence has a live-in caretaker. The neighboring streets are residential but local smalls shops can be found at either end. A little further to the start of the main town shops. Nearest large supermarket is 10 minutes walk. Train station about 15 minutes. Beaches 4 minutes. Secure parking - remote door underground: Very keen rates - ask us about underground parking, residents space normally available and we take no comissions, but this must be arranged at time of booking.
