Our beautiful modern apartment is situated in a quiet courtyard of a luxury residence. It is set back from Rue Meynadier in Le Suquet (Cannes old town) and is just a four minute walk from the world famous Palais Des Festivals. The apartment makes a great base to explore Cannes. The sandy beach is also only a four minute stroll away.
The pretty streets near the apartment are full of traditional restaurants, cafes and bakeries. It is the perfect setting for soaking up the Riviera lifestyle.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Cannes train station makes it easy to visit the other stunning towns and villages along the Cote d’Azur. There are stunning beaches at nearby Juan Les Pins, on beautiful Cap d'Antibes. The town also has a lively atmosphere at night.
Picturesque Antibes has a fascinating old quarter, with its magical narrow streets and ancient walls. One of the best walks is to stroll out along the walls down to the port to where the millionaires' yachts are moored. A traditional market is held daily with local seafood a speciality. The Picasso Museum is also well worth a visit.
Sophisticated Nice - with its cosmopolitan shops, bars, restaurants and famous Promenade des Angalis - is a great destination for a day trip.
Further along the coast is glamorous Monaco, with its famous casino and instantly recognisable streets along which the Formula One cars of the Grand Prix race through once a year.
It is easy to take the train and pop over to Italy, approximately an hour away from Cannes. The train takes you across the border to the Italian town of Ventimiglia.
Travelling inland, you can take one of the frequent buses from Cannes to the fascinating town of Grasse, the historical heart of the French perfume industry.
Cannes / Central Cannes area
As well as enjoying the pristine sandy beaches in Cannes, if you like a taste of the high life then take a walk along the Croisette promenade.
Designer names like Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel and Gucci have their boutiques along the shore. If you wander along Rue d'Antibes, you will find plenty of fantastic and more reasonably priced little boutiques along with great shoe shops.
Cannes is busy all year round with the numerous congresses, which take place in the Palais Des Festivals and hosts the star-studded Cannes Film Festival in May. You are sure of an exciting atmosphere all year round. The beaches of the Croisette offer all the water-sports you could possibly desire, while the bars and nightclubs keep the town buzzing at night.
If you fancy a trip by boat, you can sail from Cannes to the nearby island of Ile Sainte-Marguerite, where The Man In the Iron Mask was once held captive.
How to get there
Easyjet and British Airways are just some of the airlines that fly to Nice from many UK airports.
An airport bus runs every 30 minutes from Nice Airport to Cannes. The apartment is five minute walk from the bus-stop.
The TGV provides fast direct trains to Paris and Nice from Cannes. A great way to travel is to take the Eurostar from London to Paris, then take a connecting train direct to Cannes. The apartment is only a six minute stroll from Cannes station.

Further details indoors: Our apartment is located in a modern luxury block with a lift, set well back from the street in a pleasant courtyard.

The apartment has a double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together to make a double), fitted wardrobes - offering ample storage space - and a sliding patio door leading to the balcony. Duvets, pillows and sheets are all provided for guests to use.
With its white washed walls and cool stone floor, the living room has a sofa which adapts into a spacious comfortable double bed, which can sleep a further two people. From the living room there is a door, which leads onto the pretty balcony.
The apartment is fully equipped with wireless internet connection, TV, DVD player and CD player with radio. There are a selection of dvds, cds, board games and books to keep guests entertained. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has an oven and hob as well as a microwave. There is also a good size fridge freezer.
The tiled bathroom has full sized bath with powerful shower, while the WC is conveniently situated in a separate room.
The balcony has a table and five chairs are provided. The public carpark - Le Ferrage - is positioned next door to the apartment building, providing parking if you wish to bring your car with you. The balcony overlooks a quiet cobbled street. It is equipped with table and chairs and is a peaceful spot to sit.
The kitchen is equipped with saucepans, plates, glassware, cups and cutlery. There is also a kettle, cafetiere and toaster. With everything needed to self-cater, it is like a home from home. There are two good supermarkets close to the apartment and plenty of local shops selling fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables and high quality cheese and wine.

Check out times are flexible. If you would like to stay in the apartment after midday because you have a later flight home, a late check out can be arranged free of charge - as long as prior notice is given.
Upon departure, 15 Euros per guest (including children & infants) must be left to go towards the maid service. Please note that the minimum amount that must be left is 45 Euros.
