Villa Ad Alta we have recently completely renovated inside and out to the highest standards with creative passion, attention to detail and style. It is presented to the highest standards with all fixtures and fittings being new.
Only 10 minutes' drive or a short bus ride away from Cannes famous 'La Croisette' and with a large 20m long shared pool. It has beautifully landscaped (NOT OVERLOOKED) gardens, with a large terrace fronted by stone walls, ancient Olive Trees, Fountain, Statues and a covered summer kitchen.

Located within a Cannes Domain which is renowned for its unsurpassed vintage character; Truly one of a kind in Cannes, with a special authentic charm. The Domain's extensive private grounds contain many pristine mature gardens; its olive lined internal private roads are quiet and secure.

Bedroom 5 is located within a detached 20m2 air conditioned Chalet within the Villa's grounds and which also is luxuriously equipped with a full ensuite bathroom

The properties 4th Bedroom is located at the Mezzanine level.

N.B. The access to the Mezzanine is via a steep staircase which is NOT recommended for use by children under eight years old or the eldery.

We have paid as much attention to crafting Villa Ad Alta outdoor spaces as we have for it's indoor spaces.
Well kept garden areas with Lawn areas Front and Rear, Ancient Olive trees (some of the oldest in Cannes 500years+), Purpose built Summer Kitchen, Statues, Fountain, Extensive outdoor lighting. Sun Loungers are provided. A Pentanque (Boules) court is located in the Villa's rear Garden area. See Photo's and Video footage for all the essential perspectives.

The Property has a large Conservatory housing the indoor air conditioned dining area for 10 persons.
We also have a Boules court (Petanque Court) in the properties grounds (Boules provided).

The Villa benefits from a state of art Audio Visual system, which includes massive 50inch (128cm) plasma TV screen, HOME CINEMA surround sound system, BlueRay Player and HD satellite TV reception in English, French and Italian. Two additional 22 Satellite connected LCD TVs are also provided, one in the Mezzanine and one in the Chalet.

The Villa's facilities have been optimised for teleworking; the villa having several purpose-built home office spaces, all with 18Mbps wired and wireless Internet access. A desktop computer and printer are provided for guest use, but free feel to bring your laptop computer so as to keep fully connected (if you wish to!) during your stay.
An exercise bicycle, a PS3 Games console and an extensive range of indoor/outdoor games are provided for guest use.

Conditions

Electricity (fair usage) & water usage is included.

July/August changeover day is Saturday, (bookings must run Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00) at all other times changeover day is flexible.

Golf: Cannes-Mandelieu Golf Club:
Located 4km away & close to the sea. The scenery is outstanding and the standard of the greens and fairways are impeccable.

Golf:Cannes-Mougins Golf Club:
Located 6km away. This 6906 yards course is nested in the heart of the Valmasque forest in a protected environment which is unique on the French Riviera. In the Valmasque forest, the course is crossed by a river, the Bouillide River. Indeed, a great course, in a great environment.

Ski: The best local ski resorts can be reached within 90 minutes' drive; Resorts such as Isola2000 (over 250km of piste , 75% snow canon coverage and lift capacity over 20,000 pph), Auron and Valberg. During April you can sunbathe at the beach and go skiing within the same week or even the same day !!

A E.LECLERC Hyper Market (3500m2) is only 800m away and within walking distance. It also contains a number of restaurants, bars, Beautician, Hairdresser, Pharmacy, Doctor and Dentist and specialist boutiques

The Villa is served by frequent bus services to central Cannes (Every 12 minutes from 6am until 9pm, 20minute Journey time and 1euro single fare), making for easy hassle free transport to the central Cannes areas such as Palais des festivals and Le Croisette.

British Airways, and Low cost carriers such as Flybe, Bmibaby and Easyjet all have frequent flights from the UK to Nice, our nearest international airport. Ryan Air has regular flights from London Stansted to Marseille MP2, which is two hours drive from Cannes.
