Luxury two bedroom newly renovated apartment - ten to fifteen minutes walk from Palais & Convention Centre.

Ideally located for all the major congresses in Cannes, including -

Midem (January), Mipim (March), Miptv (April), Festival du Film (May), Fipa (June), Mipcom (October), Tax Free (October)

and of course it goes without saying, it is great for a beach holiday too!

Cannes is the star of the Riviera and is a magical city, a place of pleasure for sport, gastronomy, leisure, shopping, great shows and most of all, discovery !

The centre of Cannes is approximately a 10 minutes walk from the apartment or can be reached by bus. There is a bus stop right outside the gates of the apartment complex

Tassigny is located in a secure, modern building in the hills of the Suquet, very near Cannes city centre. The building is very contemporary with beautifully maintained gardens.

As you enter the apartment you step into a large hallway where you can find a telephone that you can use for international calls.

The living room is open planned and well furnished with plush sofas and a coffee table. There is a large satellite installed TV (that receives English, American, German and Italian channels) and a DVD player.

The French doors open to the terrace and garden. This garden terrace has garden furniture for four, so you can enjoy a lunch or a sunlit breakfast.

The internet connection and international phone and TV channels make this apartment ideal for anyone coming to the Cannes congresses. It is only a 15 minute walk to the Palais.

There is a secure parking spot and plenty of space, gardens, and a beautiful swimming pool.

The city of Cannes is centred around the old port, with the central part quite compact.

The famous "Croisette" is the boulevard and the beach that extends around the bay to the east of the port, in the protected "Rade de Cannes".

Out around the point at the west side of the port, the Boulevard Jean Hibert runs along the coast to the west, with even more fine sandy beaches.

The Rue d'Antibes is the main street running east-west through the centre of the city, becoming the Rue Félix Faure at the bottom end, past the Allée de la Liberté and the port. The Boulevard Carnot runs north out of the city, through residential-shopping areas, to the A8 autoroute, and inland towards Grasse.
