Studio on 4th floor in the Gray d’Albion Residence, a luxurious building in the center of Cannes, 2 mins walk from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. 24h security.

Modern tasteful furniture, marble floor, 2 good quality sofa beds, TV, stereo, telephone line, internet, air conditioning.

Kitchenette with electric hot plates, microwave and fridge. Marble bathroom and separate toilet. Large cupboards.

Cannes is one of the best-known cities of the French Riviera, a popular tourist destination and host of the annual Cannes Film Festival. It is a Commune of France in the Alpes-Maritimes department. The city is also famous for its various luxury shops, restaurants, and hotels. Cannes has a Mediterranean climate and the city enjoys 14 hours of sunshine per day during summer (May to September), while in winter (December to February) the weather is mild. Both seasons see a relatively low rainfall and most rain is during October and November, when 110 mm falls.

Cannes summers are long and warm, with summer daytime temperatures regularly hitting 30°C, while average temperatures are about 25°C. Temperatures remain high from June to September, the busiest time of the year. Despite the hot daytime temperatures, a Mediterranean breeze keeps summer evenings comfortably cool. Cannes is a good base for visiting the region, half way to Saint Tropez and Monaco. Excursion to the Esterel, Grasse, the Lerins islands are just 10min by boat.
