About the home

Villa Kelly is a former stable adjacent to a townhouse dated 18th century. This attractive air-conditioned villa of 260 m2 has been entirely renovated whilst maintaining the feel of open spaces. For example the original stable doors have been restored to keep the original stable features. A quirky example of this would be that all the rooms are named after famous horses.

Villa Kelly is near the town centre. The villa is only a few minutes from Cannes' main shopping streets, the Croisette and the beaches. The villa is located in landscaped gardens of 1033m2. There is a 200m2 terrace surrounding the heated pool.

The outside spaces are ideal for hosting events. you can have a cocktail party for up to 150 guests. There is parking for 4 cars, however there is plenty of space in the neighborhood to park cars.

The villa is an ideal location for all types of holidays, whether they be family holidays, professional meetings, cocktail parties or photo shoots.

Tastefully decorated, the villa offers high quality amenities. As you enter the property, you step into a large hallway that leads into the living area. To your left you find the living area, to your right there is an office. This office can be used as a separate bedroom as there is a sofa bed making the sleeping capacity 10people.

On a security note, the Villa is equipped with top quality alarms and video phones.

The living area is 90m2. there is a cinema screen with a video projector, ideal for holding conferences. The living area opens up onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. The little practical touch is given by the presence of two guest room toilets.

There are two kitchens. The first opens up onto the swimming area. There is another one slightly behind for staff, caterers, or storage. Both the kitchens are equipped with the highest quality furnishings and modern appliances. There is even a steaming oven, a wine cellar and an industrial fridge!

As you step up the stairs you enter the rooms area. All rooms are named after horses.

The master bedroom called Misaki (horse in Japanese) is 50m2 and luxuriously decorated. It recalls a zen atmosphere from the color schemes and materials used. There is a large double bed, that can be split into two should the need be. There is a Jacuzzi in the en suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. There is also a beautiful private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

The Rose de Mai bedroom has a large double bed that can also be split should the need be. The en-suite shower room has a hydro power shower with many jets. Ideal after a long day in meetings.

The Black beauty room has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with plenty of storage space.

The Crin Blanc bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a large double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom.

The Villa is air-conditioned in every room and there is WIFI.

The Palais des Festivals is located about a 15min walk away or a 2minute drive away. You can also ask for chauffeur, valet, or maid services.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Cote d'Azur is also known as the French Riviera and is on the Mediterranean coastline of Southern France. The region offers different types of scenic holidays for everyone – from visiting parts of the countryside, or staying near the Mediterranean beachside, or enjoy the breathtaking Alps, you will cherish every part this region has to offer.

The Southern Alps' offers stupendous resorts that are curtailed to any age group and any ski level. If you want to try something daring, there is diving under ice at the Orcières 1850 ski resort.

Museums are renowned in this region and some to see would be the Picasso Museum in Antibes, the Modern Art Museum in Nice, the Fondation Maeght in St. Paul (that is said to be one of the best modern art museums in the area), the Musée Archeologique in Nice and the Musée Océanographique in Monaco.

Don't forget to see the Nice Opera House and visit the seasonal Jazz festivals that take place along the coast!

The Cannes / Central Cannes area

The city of Cannes offers a wide variety of tourist attractions for different interests. There are the the exquisite beaches and parks for scenic options, the unique churches, the splendid museums, historical buildings and famous shopping.

La Croisette is commonly known for its promenade, fashion and designer name shops. Numerous crystal clear beaches surround the main walking road of this area, so you can take a relaxing stroll while enjoying the various shops Cannes has to offer.

Some museums to see in Cannes would be the Musée de la Castre that is in a medieval castle and has archeological, prehistoric and ethnographic art collections. Musée de la mer has a vast collection of aquatic plants and animals and underwater archaeology.

Don't forget to visit the notorious film festival of Cannes and the famous Palais des Festivals, where movie stars meet to watch the screening and premiers of films and which is host to many major events thoughout the year!

Îles de Lérins is a phenomenal tourist attraction. It is two islands in the bay that can be reached by ferry. The smaller island has a ruined castle and monastery and the large island has various shops, restaurants, and a castle as well. There is snorkeling available in some parts of the islands.
