About the home

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully quiet residence in the exclusive area of La Californie. This is just minutes from Palm Beach and a variety of restaurants. Guests can enjoy the secluded private gardens, relaxing on the outdoor terrace or enjoy the nearby sandy beaches.

Comprising of a separate double bedroom with luxury bed linen, a spacious lounge with dining table and a luxury sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and an outdoor balcony, the apartment is idea for couples, families and small groups.

There is a washing machine, free wireless internet and air conditioning. The apartment is also very clean and bright.

Linen and towels provided, and the final cleaning fee is just 40 Euro.

There is too much to describe here, but in addition to the extensive range of things to do in Cannes, you've got Nice and Antibes which are just a short bus ride away (from the apartment) as well as Monaco and Grasse deeper in the Cote d'Azur. It's all on offer.

The Cannes / Old Port - Rue Felix Faure area

Cannes is a magical town with a unique atmosphere and is the main attraction of the French Riviera. Mediterranean art, ceramics and artefacts can be found in the twisting streets and passageways of the old town and the magnificent coastline boasts gorgeous sandy beaches.

Great for both all year round short breaks and longer vacations in the summer months.

The area offers a wide variety of activities including swimming, sightseeing and shopping.

Our charming apartment is incredibly easy to get to. Whether you are flying into Nice or traveling along the French Riviera by Car or by the excellent rail network, you’ll not have any problems getting to us. You can catch the bus from the airport (terminal 1) to the Cannes bus station, and then either hop onto the number 200 bus (1 Euro) for Avenue de la favourite, or you can take a cab. The apartment residence is very easy to find, and full directions are provided at the time of booking.
