The villa comes with all possible conveniences to create an enjoyable stay. It is ideal for accompanying families with children, but also for parents with children and grand children. For small children all facilities are available, from children seats to a inflatable baby bath.
Villa Theoule 2
´Villa Theoule 2´has the living area with open kitchen on the first floor of approx. 35 sq m. The living area has a 10 sq m balcony from which one has a panoramic view over the bay of Cannes. Also this living room is equipped comparable well equipped kitchen and is also fitted out with a 2 person double wall/fold away bed. ´Villa Theoule 2´is also provided with a 40 sq m raised garden at the level of the living area (1st floor from front of villa).
The 40 sq m ground floor area houses the sleeping and bathroom areas, providing one king-size bed and a room with two bunk beds, both equipped with their own bathroom. The bedrooms also have a direct entrance to a private garden on the ground floor. Because of the situation on ground level with the back off the rooms in the mountain, the sleeping areas are cool and pleasant during summer time.
Facilities (included in rental price)
In addition to the garden, balconies and terraces, the interior is also stylish and luxurious. From the shared entrance and staircase you enter a light living area with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen, including a oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The living rooms are provided with 6 person dinner tables. Furthermore, both units have a flat screen satellite TV (with multiple international channels), DVD player with MP3 and USB connection, stereo with CD and wireless internet.
All bed rooms are provided with their private bathroom. A washing machine and drier is situated on the ground floor level, available for both units. Finally, each villa part comes with two parking spaces (one outside the gate and one in front of the gate'. Bedding and towels (€ 20 p/p/p/w) and the final cleaning (€ 80) should be settled at location with the property manager.
The villa is also perfect for a stay during the low season and winter days due to the extensive facilities, including floor heating for the entire villa and wireless internet. With 300 sunny days the low season is pleasant too and the surrounding offers no less than 6 ski areas within a two hour reach plenty of golf courses.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Théoule-sur-Mer is ideally located in between Cannes, then Nice and Monaco to the North East and Frejus/St Raphael and St Tropez to the South West. Famous golf courses (including Mougins) are close by car and trains and buses run from Theoule up to all stations and attractions, like the water fun park at Antibes.
The Cannes / Theoule sur Mer area
The pitoresk town of Théoule-sur-Mer is one of the most wanted villages - and hidden jewels - along the Côte d'Azur and is situated near Cannes. The climate is overwhelming with over 300 sunny days a year. The villa is located adjacent the woods of the Esterel Mountains with nice wood-paths. Théoule-sur-Mer is also known as the balcony d’azur because of the breathtaking sight of the bay of Cannes, the broad view of the St. Paul de Vence area all the way up to Grasse. This is the scenery from the different private terraces of this Villa.

The nearest airport is Nice at less than 40km / 35 minute drive. Our property manager is available to pick you up from the airport. Several car rental companies are based there as well.
To get to the Village of Theoule-sur-Mer, take the A8 direction Cannes and take exite 40. Turn left, direction La Napoule. Once you have passed La Napoule, you will reach the village of Theoule-sur-Mer. Three different roads will take you up the mountain to park Panoramer where Villa Loriën is located.

As a couple we stayed in the totally renewed apartment! Spacious, comfort and luxury are keywords to describe this accommodation and do not forget the view. The service which was offered has been great as well. The situation of the apartment is very well for day trips in the surroundings and off course to discover the lovely Cote d'Azur!

• Discount for two weeks rent or longer during the winter period is 10% (note: November till April; heating costs will be charged separately during the winter period, this will charged one on one, that is the actual costs)
• Discount for periods over one months; to be discussed.
General Conditions for reservation
• Rental period: Saturday 4 PM untill Saturday 10 AM.
• Down payment of 30% when booking.
• Afterwards the balance is due 1 month before arrival.
• Deposit per unit of € 500,-
• Linen package is obligatory (€ 20 pp per week) including 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 bottom sheet, 1 bed sheet, 1 pillow sheet, and per group of people one set of dish cloth.
• Additional: change of complete sheet set (for example in middle of the week); € 20 per person
• Final Cleaning obligatory; € 100 per unit, to be settled with local contact person (Jeroen Pranger)
