This 26 m2 apartment is bright and airy, on the 4th floor with an elevator. It is fully equipped with a California style kitchen, washing machine, separate bathroom with shower and is fully furnished in provincial style.

Old Mougins, which is famous for it's gastronomic restaurants, is just a 15 min car or bus ride away. Situated high on a hilltop, with a panoramic view, Old Mougins captures the ambience and romance of true Southern French cuisine.

Juan les Pins is a famous little town with an exciting nightlife where night owls rub shoulders in summer as they move between fashionable nightclubs, casino and even night shopping.
Antibes is quieter with a variety of restaurants, cafés, theatres, piano bars, chic hôtels and private clubs. The Cap d'Antibes is a small piece of paradise, you can visit it by taking the sign posted path, which follows the coastline and takes you into this immense park, which is fastidiously maintained. It's also home to a number of millionaire's chateaux and dream residences; the famous "Eden Roc", hotel is reputed to be the most beautiful hotel in the world and can be found at the point of the "Cap".

Take a 45 min drive or train ride to Monaco and visit the many, prestigious Art Galleries, Casinos and boutiques or take a stroll along the Port and admire some of the largest, privately owned yachts in the world. A further 30 min journey will see you in the famous marketplace of Ventimiglia, Italy where you can enjoy fine pasta and Italian wine that will loosen up your purse strings and inspire you to acquire some of Italy's beautiful, leather goods at bargain prices!

Cannes / Central Cannes area

The Mediterranean climate lends itself to scores of outdoor festivals where one can listen to a huge variety of music, watch the numerous firework displays and join in the Cannes Film Festival where all the Artists and Film-makers gather traditionally once a year to celebrate their fine works. All this while appreciating the mysterious, calmness of the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the train station with only a 5-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals, the famous Croisette shopping and restaurants, and beautiful sandy beaches. The charming quarter of old Cannes, Le Suquet is also within walking distance. This is an old medieval village whose streets are lined with many traditional, Mediterranean restaurants. At the top of the old village, one can enjoy a moonlit, panoramic view of the breathtaking coastline. For those looking for a more lively approach, Cannes has plenty of nightclubs, bars and casinos where one can indulge in a night of dancing and excitement.

Take time out to shop on Cannes premier shopping street – Rue d’Antibes, or visit the local markets, cinemas and Casinos. Take a day-trip from the nearby train station to Monaco, Antibes or Grasse or rub shoulders with the rich and famous in St Tropez. Alternatively, try a boat ride to the nearby stunning Islands off the coast of Cannes.

How to get there

From Nice Airport, a coach leaves for Cannes every 30 minutes (35
minute journey). From Toulon Airport, it’s a 1 hour train journey along the
coast to Cannes Train Station.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. A 200 euro damages deposit will be required upon arrival. This may be paid by cheque and will be refunded, all being well with the apartment, upon departure.
