The flat is in a gated residence with beautiful grounds and a lovely quiet pool as well as a children's pool. There is a porter on site.
There is ample parking in the grounds as well as a private garage space. The flat has air conditioning. In the lounge and dining room and master bedroom. The master bedroom is en-suite and leads onto the terrace, as does the lounge.
The flat has been refurbished to an excellent standard. It has a modern kitchen wiuth microwave, dishwasher and double oven. There is also a seperate washing machine and dryer. There are TVs in all bedrooms with an English sky box.

Cannes is a magical town with a unique atmosphere and is the main attraction of the French Riviera.
Mediterranean art, ceramics and artefacts can be found in the twisting streets and passageways of the old town and the magnificent coastline boasts gorgeous sandy beaches.
Great for both all year round short breaks and longer vacations in the summer months.
Located near the old town of cannes about a 10 minutes walk where there are numerous restaurants and little shops and a church with a bell tower out of which you can see the whole of the bay of cannes and it is really worth a visit. At the old town there is also a wonderful food market called forville where you can get some real good food., such as fruit, cheeses and fish. They also sell some wonderful flowers and plants.
At the top of the Croix des Gardes of a lovely walking area if you are interested in hiking with some very good views over the mediteranean.
The flat is also located near the beach, i.e. within five minutes walk where there are public and private sandy beaches. There is also watersports nearby.
Near to beach (5 mins walk) and centre of Cannes (10 mins walk)

We stayed at this apartment in June. from the moment i booked it ,i felt i knew Helen personally. She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived late at the apartment to be met by the most pleasant man, Dennis. The apartment exceeded all our expectations.The beds were a dream.The apartment spotless.The wifi reception was brilliant as was the sky tv. It was fab.So close to everything and yet so peaceful. If we return to Canne again i won't stay anywhere else but at this apartment. It has every mod con you can ask for. (the quickest washing machine i have ever used).Also our deposit arrived almost as soon as we returned home.So thank you Helen for a most relaxing holiday.

"The perfect choice - apartment, location, beach access and more"
To set the scene, we normally hire large Villas with a private pool, nice surroundings and a car at hand. Due to having a crammed year full of expenses, multiple holidays and weddings within the family, we decided to change the summer holiday plans and our budget. Due to the fond memories of Cannes and having spotted Helen's apartment, we decided to take the plunge and book it. So the holiday was going to be a new experience and it did not fail.
Walking through the apartment, it exceeded our expectations, the apartment was actually larger than the pictures suggest, furniture and décor in excellent order, giving you the feeling of making the right decision. The location was superb, within 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants, we managed the week without a hire car and the used the 2 pools on site when the children did not want to go to the beach.
In summary, we did not miss the usual villa holidays, a happy wife, I drank more than usual (due to no hire car:-), the kids were delighted, we all felt safe and assured within the apartment at all times. The acid test being: we would come back and do it all over again, don't hesitate. Thanks Helen.

"Lovely apartment in Cannes"
We stayed here for a week, and I have to say that the accommodation more than met our expectations. The sun terrace is large and plenty of space to relax on. There are 2 awnings which are more than adequate to provide shade. The accommodation is clean, tidy and very relaxing. It is a 5 or 10 minute walk to get to the beach and to get to the nearest shops, perhaps a 15 minute walk to get to the restaurants.
The bathroom and kitchens are fully functioning, and it is really useful having the washing machine.
We only once used the pool so can't really comment on this, as we preferred to either stay on our terrace or go to the beach. The beach is lovely, quite lively, you would benefit either from taking your own shade, or paying for shades and loungers, but the ones we saw were quite expensive.
We all loved this accommodation, and if I was to stay in Cannes again, would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning. Helen the owner is very good at keeping in touch and letting you know any issues, or making sure you are met when you arrive.
Our £400 breakages cover was returned very promptly on our return.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the apartment, and would say it was lovely, spacious with excellent facilities. The pool was large and very quiet. The grounds are beautiful and also quiet. The location is superb being a short walk from the beach and the centre of Cannes. The handover was simple and the contact was very helpful.

"Beautiful apartment and grounds close to beach"
We loved staying in this apartment, it was spacious, pristine and elegantly furnished in a contemporary fashion. The grounds were peaceful and well maintained with an excellent pool with a shallow end suitable for small children. We loved the location, only a short walk to the beach and also not a bad walk into Cannes in the evening. The view of the gardens from the large sunny terrace was superb. The owner was extremely helpful over the phone and we received a warm welcome from her representative when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will return when we next visit Cannes!
