"Pivoine" Antibes 150 is a bright duplex, modern 3 bedroomed apartment at the north end of Rue D'Antibes behind the Carlton Hotel and across the road from the Hotel Eden. Access is directly off the street, the building has four apartments, ours is placed at the back , on 3rd floor, with a city view. It is very quiet, pleasant and convenient. There is a lift. All rooms are air conditioned and have heating.
The apartment is bright, with high ceilings in the lounge/dining area, French window with a small balcony keeping it very airy and pleasant in the Summer. There is air conditioning and heating which keeps it comfortable all year round.The dining table seats four and can be extended to seat 6. There is a large screen TV, DVD, Music centre, Internet and WI-Fi access. Families, single people, young and old, and couples have all enjoyed staying at this apartment. Many visitors have made return stays.
The kitchen is off the lounge area, is fully equipped and has a small breakfast area.
The main bedroom is also on this floor; it has an en suite shower room . There is a separate WC.
A spiral stairs leads to 2 interconnecting bedrooms, one with an en suite shower/ whb and the other with a full bathroom. There are velux roof windows and the rooms have air conditioning.
All 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds which can be combined to a large 6ft double bed. Furnishing and bedding are of a high quality and there is plenty of storage space.
The apartment is on the main street with convenient access to car parking, supermarket, banks, post office and all the wonderful shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. It is just 5 minutes walk to the beach, la croisette and 8 minutes to the Palais. Many of the city parades and LePetit Train come down the Rue D'Antibes as part of their route and so are on the doorstep. The convenient location of the apartment makes it ideal to come and go during the day so it is suitable for holiday makers of all ages and with different interests.

The train station makes access to all the wonderful places along the coast so easy. There is no need for a car. Visit Monacco, Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes as a day trip or go across to northern Italy. Take a bus to the local perfumeries and oil mills in Grasse and Mougins.
Cannes is the perfect location for visiting these wonderful areas.

"Spacious, modern, sophisicated and excellent location."
This property was an excellent holiday rental. Located on the main street in Cannes, all of the towns attraction were within walking distance and it was only a short stroll to the beach front. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with all mod cons and the owner is to be applauded for the tasteful decor within, a treat rarely seen in holiday rentals. Excellent property rental and highly recommended

"Such a fabulous, light filled apartment, amazing location ... perfect holiday"
Such a fabulous apartment, decor is beautiful. The place had absolutely everything we could have ever needed. I can not recommend 150 Rue d'Antibes enough, this was my seventh time back to this apartment, and I plan on returning. Cannes is spectacular, the fireworks festival during the summer months is out of this world. The apartment has the perfect location, moments from the croisette & beach, on the main street, close to bars, gorgeous restaurants ... shops, everything. There's even a bakery & pastry shop next door.
150 rue d'Antibes is just beautiful and so comfortable.

"A beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location - authentic Cannes"
We loved having breakfast in the local cafe downstairs as we people-watched on Rue d'Antibes - Cannes' main, chic shopping street. Then we could stroll around the corner and get to the beach on La Croisette within 5 minutes. This was also magic for evening walks, finishing with a night-cap in the gardens of the Carlton Hotel (with, again, a mere 5-minute walk home). We found the apartment well equipped for dining and we enjoyed relaxing in this designer pad. The bedrooms (including beds) were like those in a top-class hotel. We will be back!

"A beautiful apartment right in the heart of Cannes, close to the beach"
This is a magnificent apartment tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two loft bedrooms are a dream. The location is excellent, in the main shopping area, yet very quiet because of the third floor location.
We would definitely return to stay here. Highly recommended. The local agents were very helpful and provided lots of useful advice.Was everything we had expected and more.
