On the first floor with lift access, the apartment has full length glass windows and a balcony which looks south onto the bay of Cannes & the islands (Iles de Lerins) opposite with their magical night time illumination. It is possible to spend the entire day & evening dining and sipping whilst looking out over the magnificent gardens and views.

This apartment has two bedrooms both ensuite, a large comfortable lounging area and dining for eight. A modern well equipped kitchen provides everything you might need.

The terrace has soft seating and a dinning table for six.

The gardens are well known as some of the finest on the Cote D'Azure. Themed areas provide intimate spots for reading and reflection. The lit, well maintained tennis court is at your disposal. A coach can be arranged should you wish to spend time improving your game. The large pool area has plenty of loungers & parasols as well as showers and changing facilities.

Entry to the grounds is by automatic gates. A 24hr helpful and friendly Concierge is always available to assist you.

This luxury two bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the Champfleuri, a well known residence in the exclusive Californie area of Cannes. It's large terrace, with dining area for 6 and two sun loungers and sofa, overlooks the lovely themed gardens and the Islands opposite which are beautifully lit at night.

The living room is light and airy and opens onto the terrace overlooking the gardens. There is a large and comfortable sofa which can be opened into a double bed if required and further lounge seating.

The dining area has a circular glass table, suitable for eight.

Bedroom 1, opening onto the balcony at the rear and the luscious greenery of the garden, has the convenient option of either a double or 2 single beds with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the front terrace and sliding doors into the living area.

The kitchen is well equipped and opens on to the balcony at the rear. The large pool with its lounge area, tennis court and gardens are exclusively for residents so you are assured of peace and privacy.

The center of Cannes and its many restaurants, well maintained beaches and prommenade known as the Croisette is just a 5 minute drive away or a brisk 15 - 20 minute walk for those wanting some extra excersize. There is a bus service which regularly passes the Champfleuri taking you ito the centre of Cannes should you wish.

Provence is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful area of France, with lavender fields, vineyards, orchards and olive groves in abundance.

The Cote d'Azur is the region of south-east France that runs along the coast from Bandol, west of Toulon, to Menton and the Italian border in the east.

The coastline here is very beautiful and the weather is more consistently sunny than any other part of France.

It isan area world renowned for its art and culture, as well as its beaches, hotels and historic towns and cities and abundant choice for shopping.

Cannes

Cannes is one of the best known cities of the French Riviera.

It is a favorite tourist destination and hosts the annual Cannes Film Festival, the famous sea front prommenade known as the 'Croisette' which extends along the seafront (bordered by some of the best hotels and beaches in the world) and the many shops and restaurants of the Rue D'Antibes and the Suquet - the atmospheric and picturesque narrow streets of old Cannes.

The area known as the Californie is possibly the most salubrious residential area. It is set back in the hills above the city center and provides a tranquil and very beautiful backdrop for your holiday.

"Average stay"

We stayed in this apartment for almost 2 weeks 1st thing I don't recommend this apartment for anybody who's going to enjoy his holiday in a satisfactory condition .The day we arrived from a long flight the concierge had no idea about the keys and we had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get the keys . The concierge doesn't speak English at all.The furniture of the apartment is very old .We found used soaps .The toilets are ver very old design and not well cleaned.The master bedroom was very poor with a terrible old toilet with a very un comfortable bed.House mate of the apartment is a very mean French women .she was not polite at all .she keeps entering the apartment while we were sleeping and I found it unsafe at all.There was no safty boxes !!!!i had to pay an extra fees for the car parking!!!! Honestly ...the only good thing is the view which you can find it in lots nearby apartments ..the apartment is over rated.

This guest arrived at night, or late in the evening, and therefore not during usual hours for admittance to the apartment. During the day there are several people available in the concierge's office to help meet, greet and answer any questions. There is one concierge in particular who speaks very good almost fluent English.
As the apartment is in France we do find that some basic French is always useful !! Many French people do speak some English but it's perhaps best not to expect that they should.

The pictures of the furniture are very clear. It may not be of the latest design but is without any doubt seriously comfy.
The Champfleuri is one of the most highly considered residences in Cannes. Built to the very highest specifications. We love our original bathrooms with their now stylish, retro taps and tiles.

This is the only tme we have ever had a complaint about the state of cleanliness. Usually the comments to us are about how amazingly clean it is. We will speak to the ¨mean French woman¨ who barges in. We suspect that she would have rung the door bell before to gain access in order to sort out the washing machine which this guest broke and which needed replacing quickly for the following (returning) guest who was arriving next.

Safety box – this is not something we provide nor do we advertise that we do.
There is secure parking available on a first come first served basis but this guest wanted their own guaranteed space in the garage. This was discussed prior to the booking being confirmed. 50 euros for 2 weeks was happily agreed to at the time.

"Nice Apartment but ADVERT MISLEADING - Advertised facilities not available"

No Satellite TV - We were told all week that it would be fixed but discovered on last day that there never was any satellite tv available. We were also told there was parking in the complex but had to park outside on public street most of the time. NO TOILET ROLL and there was pre-used soaps left from previous renters. This is unacceptable and would be expected in all accommodation. There was no comfort because of these issues. Overall feeling was that the owners were mean and did not care. Would not rent again. Also the person appointed to meet us at apartment with keys and to take our deposit spoke No English only French. This was a little awkward.

We always endeavour to provide a holiday home to keep all clients happy and we are sad that on this occasion this has not been the case.

There was, and still is, Satelite Television, as well as French Television, available at the apartment.
We cannot deny that during this visit the English Satelite TV facility was not working. During their visit several attempts were made through the concierge to rectify the problem. It seems that the settings had been tampered with and this is why there was no reception during their stay.

There is also parking available within the complex. It operates on a first-come-first served basis. As it can become busy during high season, we had told this guest that secure parking could be arranged in the garage below if they so required, but they would need to let us know so we could arrange it with the concierge. This system seems to have worked perfectly well for others so we have to confess to being baffled as to why we never had a request for the garage space from this guest and only a complaint later?

Toilet paper and fresh soap are supplied for every rental. If there was none provided at the time of this visit we can only assume the cleaning lady forgot on this occasion and we do apologise for the error.
We have of course stressed the importance of this to the cleaner so as to avoid any such mistake occurring again. Had we been made aware at the time, this would have been immediately rectified.
