This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment has stunning views over the Esterel mountains and the beaches. Its quiet location, that is yet so close to the city center is perfect for anyone attending the congresses or wanting a holiday by the beach.
The building is secure and very well maintained. There is a large marble entrance that takes you to the lifts.
Up on the third floor you can find the Midi Plage apartment. As you enter it, you step into the living area. To your right there is an open plan kitchen that is equipped with all the Mod-Cons you may need on a stay in Cannes. This apartment was totally redecorated in 2008/2009 and everything you may find in it is brand new.
The living area is nicely furnished with a large double sofa bed, should you have any unexpected guests, and a TV and DVD player. This living area leads onto the terrace. It can be fully opened or fully closed. In the winter this terrace can be completely closed and heated rendering it an ideal place to relax !
The bedroom boasts a large double bed, and plenty of storage space. The bedroom opens up onto the terrace also so you can enjoy the views sitting in bed!
The apartment has a shower room with a balneo shower, air conditioning, and WIFI connections.
If you have a car, this apartment comes with a secure parking spot. The Palais is only a 5 minute drive away. The stroll is very nice as you walk past the historical parts of Cannes and the port and it takes 20minutes! The stroll to the sea takes about five minutes where you can either relax on a public or private beach.
There is a regular bus service that runs to and from the Palais that takes five minutes at the cost of a euro. The bust stop is only 20m from the door.
Truly ideal for any congress goers who wish to stay a little further out but still enjoy Cannes vibrancy.

The Southern Alps’ offers stupendous resorts that are curtailed to any age group and any ski level. If you want to try something daring, there is diving under ice at the Orcières 1850 ski resort.
Cycling trails can be found throughout the region for those who love to cycle and enjoy riding the scenic route whilst on holiday. The ”Véloroute du Calavon" is one of the famous 18 km trail in the town of Saint Martin de Castillon, that is found to be adventurous and enjoyable.
For the sight-seers, there is the must see historic centre of Avignon, the Roman monuments of Arles, the Roman theatre of Orange and Mont Ventoux.
Museums are renowned in this region and some to see would be the Picasso Museum in Antibes, the Modern Art Museum in Nice, the Fondation Maeght in St. Paul (that is said to be one of the best modern art museums in the area), the Musée Archeologique in Nice and the Musée Océanographique in Monaco.
Don’t forget to see the Nice Opera House and visit the seasonal Jazz festivals that take place along the coast!

Don’t forget to visit the notorious film festival of Cannes and the famous Palais des Festivals, where movie stars meet to watch the screening and premiers of films.
Îles de Lérins is a phenomenal tourist attraction. It is two islands in the bay that can be reached by ferry. The smaller island has a ruined castle and monastery and the large island has various shops, restaurants, and a castle as well. There is snorkeling available in some parts of the islands.
