This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is set up well, just off the Croisette itself, in the prestigious Palm Beach area of Cannes. It is in a modern and secure building, with an entrance on the Famous Place de l'Etang.
It has a lovely terrace and benefits from a lot of light and a fresh, open feel.
On entering the apartment you go straight into a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with ample appliances for catering within the apartment. This area also opens up to the lovely, large terrace which has seating up for to 4 or 6 people on it, perfect for long relaxing evenings.
The living area has good seating, and the sofa turns into a sofa bed if necessary.
The bedroom also opens onto the terrace. It is a large double with a lot of storage space in the roof-high cupboards.
The bathroom is modern, with high quality fittings.

The city of Cannes offers a wide variety of tourist attractions for different interests. There are the the exquisite beaches and parks for scenic options, the unique churches, the splendid museums, historical buildings and famous shopping.
La Croisette is commonly known for its promenade, fashion and designer name shops. Numerous crystal clear beaches surround the main walking road of this area, so you can take a relaxing stroll while enjoying the various shops Cannes has to offer.
Some museums to see in Cannes would be the Musée de la Castre that is in a medieval castle and has archeological, prehistoric and ethnographic art collections. Musée de la mer has a vast collection of aquatic plants and animals and underwater archaeology.
Don’t forget to visit the notorious film festival of Cannes and the famous Palais des Festivals, where movie stars meet to watch the screening and premiers of films.
Îles de Lérins is a phenomenal tourist attraction. It is two islands in the bay that can be reached by ferry. The smaller island has a ruined castle and monastery and the large island has various shops, restaurants, and a castle as well. There is snorkeling available in some parts of the islands.
