This second floor apartment is bright and spacious. Located close the Hotel Martinez it is very close to the beach and shops. A three minute walk will bring you to a large "Casino" supermarket which boasts a super deli counter, a fabulous selection of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables as well as a superb selection of french wines.
The apartment has reversible air conditioning, double glazed windows and doors as well as roller shutters. This affords you a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The bedroom has a two single beds which can be pushed together to make one six foot bed as well as a fold up guest bed if required. A comfortable sofa bed is located in living area. Double doors allow access to a terrace which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and sunshine until late evening. The apartment has secure undergroung car parking.

The apartment is located in a very safe secure apartment block. There is secure underground parking for one vehicle. The area is generally trouble free, well policed with no anti social behaviour.
Rental Rates £400 to £675 per week.
30% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Full balance to be paid six prior to date of arrival in apartment.

For those who wish to travel further afield to Antibes, Nice, Monaco and even Italy the train station (Gare SNCF) is 12 minutes away. Regular ferries are available to visit local islands or St Tropez.
