Large balcony used all day with awning if needed and lights for evenings. wardrobe & drawers facilities. radio & CD. lots of reading book and local informations booklets.

Sight seing of the old port & town.
Very easy access to all famous little villages, like Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence famous for its artists shops, Grasse and its perfumes. on the coast you have Antibes, Juan les Pins Villefranche, Eze Menton ect. Nice 30 mins away with a lot of things to see, like old town, flower market.A lovely Orthodox Russian sinagogue, very good theatre and many restaurants. In all surroundings of Cannes you will find famous international golf courses within 15 mins drive. Musee de faykod with its superbes white marble sculptures in a large parc.
Activities ranges from Golf courses, sailing in the bay of Cannes, boat trips to the islands"Isles du Lerins", or to Menton on one side to Saint Tropez on the other.Swimming in the lovely clear & warm sea, snorkling, sailing, surfing, waterskiing ect. Tennis available just next to the apartment & of course leisure walk on the Croisette or around town,.
Cannes is renowned for its fashion shopping in the famous Rue d'Antibes until late in the evening. Lively at night if you wish to with its bars , restaurants and night life. There are various festivals during the year, like boat show, car show, regattas, MIPIM, MIPCOM, perfumers convention, the international "Lyons" convention ect. Local supermarkets within 5 mins. and 2 very good local markets every mornings except Mondays.Very good launderette 10mins away. Reliable car hire "Elite". bus stop by the front gate.

"Pleasant apartment but beware of building work"
I stayed in a one bedroom apartment in March. The balconies were off both the bedroom and the living room and were spacious enough, but completely unusable because of the building work going on outsid… More
Thank you for your review, we are now in 2014, hopefully no noise this summer.
There is a direct access to the garden and pool by going down to the basement in the lift.
