Beautifully furnished comfortable apartment with air conditioning. Ideal for a stay during congresses as you are walking distance to the festival hall. Just a few short steps away, you are ideally placed to the beaches and the bars restaurants and shopping along the Rue D'Antibes.
You have Internet connection, sky TV, fully fitted kitchen, and two bedrooms. One bathroom and a balcony off the living room for that out side eating experience. However this is suited more for two couples as there are two double beds rather than four singles.

Juan les Pins is a famous little town with an exciting night life where night owls rub shoulders in summer as they move between fashionable nightclubs, casino and even night shopping.

This apartment situated on the first floor level, has all the facilities that you will require in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable; the living room is spacious and with plasma TV and Sky TV as well as DVD player.
Bathroom has double wash basin and bath with shower attachment.

The balcony is ample for a table with four chairs to fully enjoy the outside space. No parking with this apartment however there are plenty of spaces in the nearby Suquet parking facility.
You are just five minutes walk to the beaches and the beach bars and restaurants as well as the Old Port of Cannes and the Croisette and the Famous Film festival hall.

This apartment is available for short term rentals up to two month stays.

Stated rental rates are a guide and subject to change depending on dates relative to Congresses and peak periods. Also unexpected Events or Festivals can change the stated rates.

The apartment is available for a minimum of three days stay, weekly fornightly, monthly or two monthly stay
20% special discount for longer periods over four weeks

Film festival period will be at 4000 euro a week or a daily charge of 1500 euro with a minimum four day stay

Congresses such as mipim will be at 2000 euro a week or 550 euros a night with a minimum four night stay
mipcom and other will be charged at 1500 a week

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

Extra Daily laundry and cleaning service available at a rate of 40 euro an hr

Laundry and cleaning at the end of the stay will be charged at a rate of 170 euro to be taken from the deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be in writing at least FIVE weeks before arrival dates for full return of deposit

Cancellation under five weeks before will result in a loss of half the deposit..
Cancellation three weeks or less before in writing the whole deposit will be withheld.

When booking the rental agent can arrange any extras that you may require such as provisions for the stay or just for your arrival as milk tea coffee or other such provisions.
If you require persional airport pick up this can be arranged.
