Home description

Quality apartment just a short drive from the centre of Cannes along the Beach road. The apartment is a penthouse carefully and tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure a positive experience. Situated just 5 km from the port of Cannes with regular buses into and back from town so no need to worry if you dont wish to drive.
If you have a car there are two garages at your disposal in a secure underground parking.
Inside the apartment you have an independant kitchen fitted with all the equipment you may require. The double living has TV and cable link and dining area. There are two good size bedrooms , a bathroom and separate WC . Outside your have a 40m² terrace which benfits from beautiful views across the bay of Cannes towards the Lerins Isalnds. You are also just a short walk from the village of Mandelieu La Napoule and its restaurants and bars.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Old Mougins, which is famous for it's gastronomic restaurants, is just a 15 min car or bus ride away. Situated high on a hilltop, with a panoramic view, Old Mougins captures the ambience and romance of true Southern French cuisine.

Juan les Pins is a famous little town with an exciting night life where night owls rub shoulders in summer as they move between fashionable nightclubs, casino and even night shopping.

Antibes is quieter with a variety of restaurants, cafés, theatres, piano bars, chic hôtels and private clubs. The Cap d'Antibes is a small piece of paradise, you can visit it by taking the sign posted path, which follows the coastline and takes you into this immense park, which is fastidiously maintained. Take a 45 min drive or train ride to Monaco and visit the many, prestigious Art Galleries, Casinos and boutiques or take a stroll along the Port and admire some of the largest, privately owned yachts in the world. A further 30 min journey will see you in the famous marketplace of Ventimiglia, Italy where you can enjoy fine pasta and Italian wine that will loosen up your purse strings and inspire you to acquire some of Italy's beautiful, leather goods at bargain prices!

The apartment is 6km along the beautiful sea front and the sandy beaches,from the Palais des Festivals the famous Croisette shopping and restaurants, and beautiful sandy beaches.
