If booking made less than 6 weeks before arrival then total balance plus deposit are payable at time of booking.
Refundable deposit will be returned once apartment checked and keys returned.

Reliably warm climate. Cannes is an all year round destination for entertainment. The world famous Cote D'Azur has so much to offer and explore in the region:
* Monaco (only 40 mins by car or train).
* Antibes (beautiful yachting peninsula and home to Aqualand).
* Local historic villages of Eze (stunning hilltop village with awesome sea views also where Bono of U2 lives!).
* St Paul De Vence (visit the famous Colombe d'Or restaurant) and Mougin.
* St Tropez and St Raphael (regular boat service from Cannes).
* During ski season Cannes only 1 1/2 hours to wonderful ski resorts in Southern Alps.
The Cannes / Calfornie area
Cannes itself has fabulous restaurants, elegant shops, beaches, nightlife. Plenty of lovely beaches and watersports available along the coast: sailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, paragliding, etc. Jump on the regular boats to the Isle De Lerins just off the bay of Cannes or to St Tropez and St Raphael.
Californie is a green leafy upmarket area of Cannes and an easy stroll to fabulous shops and restaurants to suit all budgets (many recommendations in apartment guide on arrival).

We had our family summer holiday in Cannes and having checked out various apartments and villas chose this one as it ticked most the boxes on our wishlist. We were not dissappointed. With all the benefits of a modern apartment it is located in a lovely area full of palm trees - a real oasis. The kids loved the pool which had sun virtually all day and we could relax on the sun loungers. As it is not a large development it was very peaceful but a short distance to the Croisette gave all the buzz of Cannes. |

My partner and I stayed the Roi Albert for a week in August. The apartment is located in a very peaceful location and yet is only a short walk to the city centre and beaches. Having stayed in many holiday apartments, I found this one to be one of the best. It was tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and well equipped. The pool area was quiet and relaxing and no towels on sunbeds!! The highlight for us were the 2 fantastic balconies which caputered both the daytime and evening sun - we spent many nights enjoying a glass of rose wine watching the sun set over Cannes. We cant wait to go back to Cannes and will return to the Roi Albert |

As a group of girls we choose a different location every year and this has been a favourite to date. Whether relaxing by the pool or clubbing till the early hours at Baoli nightclub nearby, we all loved it. The apartment accomodated six of us easily and the open plan living area and 2 balconies where spacious and perfect for lounging at any time of the day/night. The short walk into town found us on Rue D'Antibes which is every girls dream shopping street. We had many wonderful (long) lunches in the stylish beach restaurants. All in all a perfect stay in Cannes. |
