Enjoy breakfast on a large south-facing balcony overlooking the grand hotel. Stroll to the gorgeous sandy beaches, only 250m away. Pop out and peruse the fashionable designer stores of Rue D'Entibes, only 150m away. Relax in the evening with Sky and freenet TV and wireless internet or have a light snack in the fully equipped modern kitchen (American fridge, oven). That evening, top-class restaurants are 200m walk from the apartment and a good nights sleep awaits all with 3 en suite bedrooms and 2 separate toilets.

There is the use of a cave for storage downstairs

3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains 2 single beds, a large wardrobe, an en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, washbasin and toilet- renovated in March 2009. Bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds and large wardrobe. There is an en suite shower unit with washbasin. Bedroom 3 has a top-class sofa bed (3300e cost)-double. The bedroom also is en suite with shower and washbasin.Small wardrobe in this room.

There is air conditioning which is a dual system allowing heating or cooling

There is a large south-facing balcony. This a great feature of the apartment. Though the apartment is centrally located the balcony faces into the grand hotel which is quiet. See picture.

There is also the use of a cave for storage is needed- on request in advance

Cannes in the Cote d'Azure. The town of Cannes offers wonderful entertainment all year round. There are a variety of festivals, throughout the year in the famous PALAIS de FESTIVALS. To cater for the cosmopolitan tourist there is an infinite number of restaurants of various cuisine, wonderful shops, the immediacy of the sea and excellent beach facilities. One can walk for kilometers by the sea. For a few euro one can take the train (v. frequent) to nearby Antibes or Nice. Italy is close enough for a day trip. Cannes is big enough to provide a variety of entertainment yet convenient enough to escape to the nearby mountains or nearby seashore towns.

The best route to Cannes is via Nice airport. Ryanair, Easyjet and British Airways to mention a few fly to Nice. Once there, a public bus service runs from Nice Airport to Cannes for 1e (slow) every 45 minutes approximately or Airport Express Bus to Cannes from Nice Airport every 35 mins for 27e return(40mins). Taxi, day time 60e.

The bus takes you to the centre of Cannes and a taxi will bring you the short journey to the apartment for your first visit (cost 6e). Thereafter you will easily walk the journey.

The apartment is located in the grounds of the grand hotel. Locate the main shopping street-Rue D'Entibes and Rue Moliere is a smaller street crossing this main street.
