Floor to ceiling windows give this apartment with sea views across the Bay of Cannes. This apartment has recently undergone full refurbishment and offers guests a relaxing base to explore Cannes, Nice, Mougins, St Tropez and the rest of the Cote d'Azur.

The complex boasts a small private beach, a swimming pool, two tennis courts and boules pitches. Restaurants in the village are a short walk away, while the buzz, lights and glamour of Cannes is a 10 - 15 min drive along the coast road.

This apartment is ideal for a weekend break or a restful holiday.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Cannes, famous for the film festival and sunshine, is a great base from which to explore the Alpes Maritimes region and beyond. An hour from Italy going east and and hour and a half from Provence to the west, there is so much to see and do in and around the area.

Although only a 2 hour flight, the temperature is often much higher than in the UK and you can even get a tan in the winter!

The Cannes Mandelieu / La Napoule area

Places to visit: Nice, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Mougins, St Tropez, Monaco, Grasse, Ils de Lerin (the prison made famous by The Man in the Iron Mask').

Boulevard de la Croisette is the elegant promenade bordered by palm trees and elegant shops, and overlooks a fine sandy beach. Le Suquet is the Old Town its narrow streets packed with bustling restaurants and overlooked by the 16th and 17th Notre-Dame de l'Esperance.
