2nd floor well equipped apartment with large, enclosed balcony. Beautiful, select residence overlooking Cannes Marina, lovely private garden, boule courts and swimming pool. The apartment is 30 mins drive from Nice Airport and a 20 minute walk to the local train station. From just outside the apartment their are local buses to various destinations Guardian speaks some English, very friendly, concierge on site to help with any problems.

Cannes Mandelieu area
Ideally situated on the shores of the mediterean a stones throw from Cannes. In La Napolue, Henry Clews castle is very interesting with its delightful outdoor tea room. Walk to Theole has lovely sea views. Snorkel and deep sea diving available. Boats for hire all sizes. Various boat trips eg St Tropez, Iles de Lerines see the place where the man in the Iron mask was imprisoned. A variety of beaches, sandy and pebble will suite all tastes and family needs. The inland area has delighful forest walks and drives.

Fly to Nice ( nearest) also Marseille or Toulon. The well equipped kitchen has electric hob, automatic washing machine, fridge/ freezer see facilities above. Dining area over looks the Cannes Marina.
Further details outdoors: Lovely balcony is enjoys the sun all morning and early afternoon.. Ideal for drinking, dining and relaxing. The gardens are lovely to sit in and have access to boules courts and the Marina. There is a large swimming pool with diving board and sun deck.
