2nd floor well equipped apartment with large, enclosed balcony. Beautiful, select residence overlooking Cannes Old Golf Course, special rates available, lovely private garden, tennis courts and swimming pool.

The apartment is 30 minutes drive from Nice Airport and a 10 minute walk to the local train station. From just outside the apartment there are local buses to various destinations

English speaking, very friendly, concierge on site to help with any problems.

Ideally situated on the shores of the Mediterranean, a stone’s throw from Cannes.

In La Napolue, Henry Clews castle is very interesting with its delightful outdoor tea room.

Walk to Theole has lovely sea views. Snorkel and deep sea diving are available. Boats for hire all sizes. Various boat trips e.g. St Tropez, Iles de Lerines see the place where the man in the Iron mask was imprisoned.
A variety of beaches, sandy and pebble will suite all tastes and family needs. The inland area has delightful forest walks and drives.

Cannes, a short bus ride and Nice, Frejus, Monaco, Menton and the Italian border can be reached by Train

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the Old Cannes Golf Course

Fly to Nice ( nearest) also Marseille or Toulon. All air companies including Easy Jet, British Airways, Air France, Jet 2 and Flyglobespan
From Airport --Car Hire various e.g. Euro Car, Hertz and Alamo
Buses - 2 minute walk -Good frequency of buses to Cannes/Mandelieu
Taxis --We may be able to arrange a cheaper option, available at the airport

The gardens are lovely to sit in and have access to two tennis courts.

There is a swimming pool with a separate toddler’s pool.
