I rent my flat in Venice for short weekly stays all year round. The flat is suitable for two people. “Nati's House” offers the comfort and the charm that might emphasise the value of your stay in this spectacular city. Very well lighted, it faces a marvellous typical Venetian canal with a romantic balcony, in a part of Venice, which still belongs to Venetians. I think this is a great value for the wise tourist. The flat is completely furnished, some pieces of furniture are antique and it is located at the first floor: safe when the sea floods the streets and far from humidity of the ground floors. “Nati's House” is waiting you. For more photos and further details about me, the flat and the simple automatic way to book your stay please visit my private WEB SITE, linked below.

The apartment is composed of a small entrance hall and two rooms, one bathroom with shower and a balcony. One room offers the kitchenette, fully equipped with four cooking stoves, table, etc. and a single or double bed sofa. The other room offers another double bed sofa, really comfortable and easy-to-open. So it is suitable for 2 people or 4, but for your comfort we prefer to limit the number in party at two people (exceptionally genitors and one child).
Three large windows and a nice balcony open onto a picturesque canal. Located at the first floor. There is the telephone, fans for warm periods, plenty of books and Venice's guides, toys for children, tv, VHS, devices for different voltage (110V to Italian standard), normally you'll find all the common stuffs of a normal home. Our aim is make you to feel like at home.
You will find everything you need to rest after your Venetian hard walks and to prepare a wonderful Italian dinner with our original recipes.

My flats are in Venice, Florence, Bologna and Apulia. All units are currently advertised through this site and through my private web site. I am proud to offer a positive view of tourist rental. Renting flats is not my main profession (I am an architect and also an art teacher) but a way to allow me to face the expenses of my very particular rental units and to maintain an opened window on the world through this pleasant business. It is a way to get to know other people and cultures. Everywhere I travelled I found kindness and enthusiasm. I would like to offer you exactly what I expect from other people. I can't be everywhere to meet you but internet has definitely given to the world more chances to be closer to all people. Paolo Devescovi
The Veneto region
Venice is perhaps the worldwide most romantic tourist destination. Venice needs no words to be described. Everyone knows how is wonderful wandering the city's canals on a gondola, enjoy a coffee in one of the many "campi", at any time of the year. From crisp clear winter days to mild spring, autumn and a hot summer, the culture is there to be enjoyed.
I have a piece of my heart in Venice. I suppose every sensible visitor does the same. I am happy to give him a valid contribution to share this sensation.
The house rises in a urban distric once owned to the nuns of San Girolamo and the friars of San Secondo. All the area since 17th century was called Chiovere di San Girolamo. A "Chiovera" is a sort of small area closed by fences where hung out cloth to dry. In ancient times the art of silk grew in all the area with many dyers (Chiovere from the latin "clauderiae"). From this fact the names of some places: Fondamenta de i Ormesini, from Hormuz, an asian city destroyed in 14th century where Venetians learned the refined art of silk for their marvellous clothes used from 16th to 18th centuries.

"Nice digs, great location"
Nati’s was perfect for us. One of its greatest advantages was the location. It’s very close to the station and easy to find, thanks to Paolo’s clear maps showing the way to walk. (An easy 10 min. walk) The Canneregio neighborhood is quiet, being off the beaten tourist track. At the same time it’s a convenient start-point for visiting all major destinations in Venice. Nati’s website is impressive— it’s very organized and comprehensive with attention given to a myriad of important details. Paolo’s clear communication and ready availability (by phone & email) in case of problems (we had none) was reassuring. The apartment itself was very nice. We always had a nice breeze in the evening and had a great view of the gorgeous sunset from the balcony. The kitchen is compact and easy to use, fitted out with all you need for cooking and serving all meals, Venice style. There are so many small shops and markets nearby, including local wine, you might want to take all your evening meals at Nati's. There are also many excellent restaurants for lovely meals steps away from the apartment, canal-side. You will want to stay at least a couple of weeks at Nati's House. Living accommodations more than adequate for 2-4 people.
