Family-owned two bedroomed apartment in the quaint Andalucian village of Canillas De Aceituno in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda mountain range.
Canillas is a gorgeous village with picture postcard streets and views, The apartment is 8 years old and one of just a handful built on the edge of the village with stunning views down the valley and in the distance to the sea at Torre Del Mar resort on Costa Del Sol, 30 mins away.
Situated in the beautiful white mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno in the scenic area of Andalucía, just 50 km northeast of Malaga. You have Andalucía's largest national park placed in the backyard - one of Spain's most beautiful areas where you will find many beautiful hiking trails and beautiful scenery.
You get the whole townhouse to yourself. It's all for your free use. And it is cheep, because we rather have our charming townhouse is used and full of happy people, than it is left alone and bored!
Canillas de Aceituno is a village with rich Arabic history, the Moorish whitewashed townhouses with tight, steep streets small patios behind the houses and narrow, steep streets are almost picture postcard style.
Fr those who like the outdoors including hiking, the village is the start of the Sierra Tejada National Park with unlimited hiking potential.
With the Town's swimming pool (open June to Sept) is just 250m away - and costing 1€ a day - the apartment is a 10 minute walk away from the picturesque town centre with lovely local bars and restaurants. There are a small number of shops selling groceries with supermarkets available in nearby Velez Malaga 14km away.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and full utensils. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other has two single beds. Both have balconies affording spectacular views. A sitting room contains a fold out bed which can also sleep two children. The room also has a tv with UK free view channels, DVD player, Play Station and dining table.
Access to a good sized balcony can be reached by sliding double patio doors with more remarkable views down the valley. The bathroom has a shower, bath and full toilet and wash facilities including a bidet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is ample, free, car parking space outside. Malaga airport is one hour away and connected to the village by the C335 and M 125 roads. Car hire is advised but pick up from the airport can be organised.
