Top floor apartment with fully equipped kitchen, spacious and airy living/dining room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The apartment is just 5 minutes walking from the sea side, where you can swimm and catch sun by the shore. There is bars where you may refresh your thirsty and eat a good fish meal. On the balcony there is set of chairs and a wooden table where you can have a meal al fresco.

The Madeira region
Madeira is an island with a big diversity of landscape and plenty of activities for almost evey body who visits this wonderful place on earth. By the sea there is obviously the beaches spread all over the island and the wild sea live to watch in one of the many boat trips organised by the local companies. You will be able to see dolphins, whales, turtles, etc. It is also by the sea level that the temperatures in the island are more mild. It is that Madeira has the second best mild climate in the whole world. In the mountains there is a wide choice of activities to do while you are in holidays. One can walk in the unspoilt land through the famous Levada walks, you can explore the island in off road expeditions or simply take of the organised sightseeing tours around the highlights of Madeira if it is your first visit to the island. Throughout the whole year there is always events happening, specially in Funchal capital. We have the Carnival festival, Flower festival, in June the fireworks festival, the wine festival and the best of all is Christmas season with the most well known fireworks display in the whole world. Besides all this reasons to visit us, there is amazing gardens, cable car journey, toboggan ride, picturesque old town, farmers market, wine lodges, embroidery factories, etc. You are very welcome to come and visit us.
Canico / Canico de Baixo area
Caniço de Baixo is the sort of place where you will find peace of mind. The sea and the beach are very close to you all the time, so you can swimm whenever you feel like it or just seat down in one of the bars by the sea having a drink and admire the beautiful landscape surrounding you. There is an excellent bus timetable to and from Funchal city, in the case that you do not wish to drive in your holidays. The hotels nearby offer a program of entertainment in the evenings and they welcome visitors. The golf courses are within less than 30 minutes driving from the apartment. In the case that you wish to walk in the famous Levadas, there are some in the area.

Further details indoors: The apartment is like a penthouse property. One of the bedrooms is on the loft and there is as well one of the bathrooms there.
Further details outdoors: The views are pretty good overlooking the sea and you have the chance to see the agriculters working on the terraces surrounding the apartment. It is the sort of location that makes you feel in peace of mind and admire the landscape.
Conditions
We would like to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 50% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival. When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable. The deposit can only be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement. It is your responsability to ensure acknowledgement of your cancellation is received in good time. In order to be protected from our policy of cancellations and reservations and to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend you to subscribe the travel insurance provided by the web sites. We request to our guests to check out until 10:00 and the property will be available for the check in from 15:00 onwards.
