Recently renovated, the house has two units of accommodation: Baleia Azul and Beluga. As shared areas include a natural seawater swimming pool (untreated, renewed every three days), a large solarium and a patio with barbecue and a garden area with some tropical fruit.

Baleia Azul Accommodation - 2 Bedroom unit with lounge, kitchen and 2 suites.

Beluga Accommodation - 1 Bedroom unit with living room / kitchen and suite

Situated less than 300 meters from the Caniçal center, a fishing village with about 4,000 inhabitants in 12 km2, at 100 meters from the sea and 300 meters of three access to the sea and two pebble beaches. A little further away, about 1 km, is located Prainha, the only natural beach (with black sand) of Madeira and many points of interest that allow tourist footpaths of extreme beauty (eg access to Cais do Sardinha / Ponta de São Lourenço). Golf Course Santo da Serra, a field of rare beauty with 27 holes, lies 13 km from the site.

In Caniçal center there are several restaurants, mostly fish and seafood, and all kinds of trade (pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, post office, museum, etc ...).

The site has excellent access, because the freeway is located less than 1 km from the villa, and a uncovered parking is available in front of the house. The parish is served by sub-urban transport which connect to the outskirts municipalities (eg Machico 2.5 km), the city of Funchal (less than 20 km) and the airport (5 km), expeditiously.

The high accessibility and proximity to the sea, with warm and crystalline water (with an average temperature of 21º), the mountain and the sea view, the quality and comfort of the house, the existence of various footpaths nearby housing and the calm and tranquility of the area makes our villa a unique space for recreation associated with beach and mountains.
