Villa Astika Toyaning means "beautiful water". Astika stands for beauty and minimalist and Toyaning - clean fresh water. Villa Astika Toyaning, located in Canggu, offers two private swimming pools, one 20 meter lap pool and a 10 meter square pool. All 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are ground level and facing the pool and large tropical gardens. The fully staffed villa with private chef, is the perfect fit for one or two families seeking a relaxed, stylish and well serviced villa holiday in Bali. Bali's popular Echo Beach is only a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Your private car & driver are included in your rental rate. The living and dining areas are designed in the open style concept. Villa Astika Toyaning beautifully mixes traditional Balinese architecture with modern design.

Villa Astika Toyaning is situated within the Pangi River Villa complex, adjacent to the traditional village of Pererenan in Canggu on Bali’s west coast. The villa is ideally situated in a secluded location overlooking the rice terraces beyond the Pangi River. The restaurant and night life districts of Legian and Seminyak are only 5.8 km to the south and the trip from the Ngurah Rai International Airport to the villa is approximately 12 km or about 60 minutes depending on traffic.

Temporary membership to Bali's exclusive members club, "Finns Recreation Club (formerly Canggu Club)", is included in the rental rate, enabling guests to send the driver to drop off their children at the Children's Club whilst they themselves relax by the villa pool! When the children are at the villa there are children's toys, pool toys, videos and books galore! Plenty to keep them occupied. In addition there are two bicycles available for the short ride down to Pererenan Beach.

Villa Astika Toyaning provides a large space of approx 1,600 sq meter (excluding car parking, common areas, etc.) 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom), separate dining pavilion that seats 12 for dinner, an open living area and multimedia air-conditioned TV room. There are sun loungers for 8 people around the pools as well as a pool pavilion that sits at the end of the lap pool. The large open space living area overlooks both pools.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
