A lot of thought has gone into the planning every detail of the villa and it is regularly refurbished and upgraded. The villa has 2 air-conditioned master bedrooms with en-suite semi-outdoor bathrooms, with gorgeous outdoor showers. The two buildings (bedrooms and living room) are arranged in an L-shape around the curvy-edged infinity pool at the center of the garden, creating a very exotic and pleasing feeling of space and harmony. The open living area invites to relax and chill all day and is equipped with well-designed furniture, free WIFI, a LED TV with cable and a DVD collection and a kitchen with dining area. The garden area exudes a very cozy and tropical feeling and the pool is perfect to cool down during the hot hours or for a swim in the evening. The surrounding rice fields and palm trees in the area provide a serene background – perfect to relax!

NEWS: Because we want our place to feel like a second home, we are glad to introduce home-made jams made with love by Kadek (depending on season: strawberry jam, dragonfruit/banana jam, pineapple jam).

If you would like to experience a cooking class in a more traditional Bali atmosphere Kadek and I would be happy to invite you to our home in Bongkasa village, only 1 hour drive from the villa. Kadek is also a great cook and will be able to introduce you to local foods, ingredients, and help you to cook an amazing meal!

If you want to explore Bali’s highlights, we highly recommend taking a tour with on of our trusted drivers who know the island very well. We do not recommend booking tours or transportation with other drivers or websites, as we have seen a lot of our guests who had disappointing experiences doing so. Our drop-off and pick-up service with our reliable drivers is a good and easy option to explore the surroundings at fair prices.

Our friendly team will also help you organize In-villa SPA treatments, delicious organic meals, laundry service, money changing, and motorbike or car rentals. During your stay you will be provided a simple cell phone so you can call reception or our staff anytime you need assistance. We also collaborate with a fabulous restaurant, which provides fantastic meals using mainly local and organic ingredients, and provides great vegetarian options as well.

Our friendly staff will be at the villa to check you in and make you familiar with all the facilities and services. Breakfast will be served in the villa at the time of your convenience. Our villas are completely private and you will have all the privacy you need. We do have a reception and on-call service in case you need assistance with anything from questions, food ordering, tour or transportation, etc. Depana, Adi and our lovely staff will be happy to assist you in all your needs. If you would like to book a cooking class at our home in Bongkasa, near Ubud, Kadek and I will be happy to meet you in person as well!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
