Home description
Villa is 3 bedrooms all have A/C in a gated complex. Each bedroom has its own balconey and its own bathroom. There is a 20 foot roof terrace and a really cool front garden with lots of plants, the living area is large with just the basics a 6 seat dining table and soft chairs around the TV which is cable (Premiership) The villa also has a phone. The pool is shared. Everything you need is near by beach is at the most 5 mins walking. On site there is a reception office who will deal with any needs inc security also a restaurant and a small but useful A/C gym and local store

The Goa region
Goa is a tropical paradise that lies on the west coast of India, bathed by the warm waters of the Arabian Sea. Charming and beautiful, Goa was once ruled by the Portuguese and enjoys an exotic blend of colonial architexture and rich Indian culture. Weather will be sunny, tempreture 30c day, 26c at night, a bit warmer at the end of the season.
Candolim / Sinquerim area
The vibe in north Goa is laid back and peaceful, but can be also be bustling and hectic. There are loads of different restaurants Italian, Goan, Chinnese, Portuguese even English (you can get a roast on Sundays). Taxis are very cheap (get a price first of course) then go and explore the fabulous beaches. Great sunsets every evening The shopping is good too with many tourists buying furniture (the shops will do the shipping for you), also there are many jewellery shops and dentists (yes thats right) doing all the nice things we do at home to get our teeth looking good only a lot cheaper. You dont have to do any of that last minute packing you can get everything in Goa. There are a couple of markets one very large market on a Wednesday and my favourite the Saturday night market. Also go-carts, crazy golf and watersports.
How to get there
Flying time is 12 hours (9 hours if you get a direct flight) Once out of the Airport its a 45 min drive in a taxi, fare is £9 or the tour company normally put on a bus which is about 1+1/2 hours
